Vores condo har alt hvad du behøver for din strandferie ... Inklusive GRATIS Beach Chair & Paraply service. Vi har en konge seng i Master med en sovesofa i stuen. Master bad har en brugerdefineret flisebelagt bruser og badeværelset # 2 har også et brusebad. Fuld køkken og spiseplads, vaskemaskine tørretumbler, og en meget flot størrelse balkon!

Pelican Walk er en upåklageligt opretholdt ejendom med to golfbaner, boblebad, tennisbaner, racquetball, shuffle board og et nyligt opdateret klubværelse med poolbord og fladskærms-HDTV. Tilstødende ClubRoom er et fuldt udstyret køkken og spiseplads med bordplade til 24 personer. Perfekt sted for familier at samle!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Walk, the location was great, beach was awesome. The condo units kitchen, living room and deck were very nice. The two bathrooms and bedroom were outdated and in poor condition, most of the dresser drawers were broken, bedding was old, walls and baseboards were banged up, the guest bathroom shower door was missing and replaced with a basic show curtain. Would rent again at the Pelican Walk but not this condo.

Loves the view

It was a very nice property. I loved that they include a free umbrella and chairs. The couch is dips a lot and could be replaced but other than that the place was wonderful. We will be back.

The maintenance personnel were very prompt about taking care of a problem had with an alarm for the hot water heater that went off. It was fixed within minutes of calling them. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the area that Pelican Walk is located at.

We loved the view and the location. There was loud construction near and neighbors were very loud in addition. The TV in the bedroom was TINY, too small to view from the bed; neither TV had the ability to connect to wifi. We went out and purchased a Roku box because there were several rainy days during our stay. The bathroom shower off the hall is not large enough for an adult over 5' to comfortably shower. The shower head was old and rusty and not handheld witch would have helped. The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Some simple things like not having a pot holder was a challenge; one slot of the toaster did not eject; tissue paper stand is rusty as well as shower caddy which came off on skin and washcloths; lots of dishes were put away dirty so each item has to be inspected and/or washed prior to eating; entry door needs to be replaced or at least weather stripping put on there was a whistle of wind continually and lastly the overhead fan in living room did not work at all. I hope this is helpful. I do want to say we enjoyed our stay and had some nice family bonding time. Thank you, Connie

Wonderful vacation at Pelican Walk

Our stay was fantastic. The facility was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The office was very helpful, as were the maintenance men. All in all, it was terrific and very enjoyable. Just to mention, I cannot give the facility the credit for the wonderful view of the gulf. Thank you. We will stay again.

Will definitely stay here again. Smaller complex which made for no wait times for elevator. Overall highly recommend!
