Welcome to our slice of paradise at Seychelles Resort in Panama City Beach! Our stunning beachfront property offers breathtaking penthouse views of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Our spacious and beautifully decorated condo features one bedroom, hall bunks, sleeper sofa and two full size bathrooms, making it the perfect size for families. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size Sterns & Foster bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The living area is open and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, along with a dining table and bar stools. Enjoy the upgrades of stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the stunning penthouse views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the sunset along with dolphins, stingrays, manatees, over the Gulf of Mexico.

Seychelles Resort offers a variety of amenities, including two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. There is also Schooners a beachside bar and grill next door where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Centrally located on the east end of Panama City Beach, Seychelles is walking distance of the beautiful St. Andrews State Park and next door to Schooners Beach Club bar and restaurant. Other great restaurants like Liza's Kitchen, Patches, Marcus' Gulf Pizza, Scampy's and Capt. Anderson's are within walking distance. Jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, parasailing and pontoon boat rentals are only steps away on the beach. Attractions like Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks and Pier Park are all close by. The condo was better than advertised. Very clean and comfortable and the view was outstanding. The entire rental process was perfect, and we were able to completely unwind and relax. We would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our visit. There isn’t anything that I would change about the space. The view is immaculate and there’s no noise because it’s the highest floor. Parking was easy and honestly, it was equipped with everything we needed.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful room with great view... was afraid of staying in a higher level penthouse, but you will not be disappointed, as the view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking! The layout of the room was perfect for two adults and two teens, loved having the extra bathroom. The king size pillow top mattress was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while on vacation! We had all the amenities we could ever need, including extra beach chairs and boogie boards on the balcony. Loved that the two beach chairs with umbrellas were inclusive for the week, such a money saver! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, we loved that it was on a quiter end of the beach, yet was not a far drive to popular restaurant and shops on PCB. The owners were great at communicating, price was affordable, we will definitely be back in the future! 5 stars, everything was perfect!
