*Nov-Dec Discount reflected in price. Take a break and escape to our charming condo, Vitamin Sea. Renovated and updated with comfortable and welcoming beach-inspired decor throughout. Just a few minutes walk to direct beach access, steps away from 2 community pools (one heated in some winter months), 2 Pickleball and Tennis courts, corn hole boards, shuffleboard and tropical-landscaped gardens. Take a casual stroll to several restaurants and local shops and amenities. Rent a bike or grab your sneakers and explore miles of pedestrian-friendly walkways that ramble through beach communities and state parks along 30A including Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Watercolor and more!

Make your way back to our laid-back retreat after a day at the beach and watch a magnificent sunset in vivid color from our huge balcony furnished with lots of comfy seating. Our updated kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare a family feast for 8. Decorated in ocean blue and white, the kitchen features Quartz countertops, white classic subway tile backsplash, peninsula with seating for three and stainless appliances as well as plenty of cookware and place settings to host a family get together or romantic dinner around our farm table. After dark, enjoy a movie in our livingroom on a 50' flatscreen TV, explore all the nightlife in the area alfresco or gather up a blanket and enjoy a movie under the stars at one of several local town squares or lawns.

Flat Screen TVs and cable are in the Living Room and all 3 Bedrooms. The master retreat features a luxurious pillowtop king bed for a relaxing night sleep, direct access to the balcony with private seating, large closet and Spa-like private bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are decorated in beach themed decor and linens, have plenty of closet and drawer space and share a spacious, bright, Jack and Jill bathroom so everyone can get ready at the same time. Our 2nd bedroom features two queen pillowtop beds and a 40' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player for the kids. A laundry room provides convenient access to a washer and dryer.

Vitamin Sea also features free WiFi access, keyless door entry for easy access, 2+ beach chairs, an umbrella, swim gear (as it lasts!) and a wagon to load it all in and take to the beach.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals only during high season. For a full cancellation policy, please contact owners.

A little older property, but the condo was kept up nicely. Showers were great, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the amenities. We used the pools, shuffleboard and tennis courts multiple times throughout the week. The only drawback is that the “public beach access” actually enters into a private beach so you have to walk down about 200 feet to get to the public beach. It’s not a huge deal, but it is good information to know since you have to walk from the back of the property to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to the beach

We've stayed in this complex before, but needed a larger space for more family this time. The condo is great, bedrooms were good sized, 2 showers was very helpful. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also super helpful. The only issue we had was a noisy bachelorette party in the unit above but luckily was only a few nights out of our 5 night stay. Hosts are super responsive and go out of their way to help with any questions.

We had a wonderful, if a bit chilly, Spring Break! The condo owner's were absolutely amazing! They were available for any questions or concerns and had a very kind, approachable manner in all of our conversations! The condo worked well for 8 as stated and the area is just absolutely stunning! There's nothing like a week on the gulf to raise your spirit!

Vitamin Sea was a wonderful place to stay for our beach vacation. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach, there were multiple activities to do at the condo complex, and we were tucked away in a beautiful unit at the back of the complex. With short rides to the neighboring towns, our stay in Seagrove was fantastic. Property manager was excellent to work with, was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had, and the unit was the perfect size for our family of 6. Grateful for our time there!

In May 2009 we were married in Seaside in a pavillion on the beach. It was beautiful and fun and we were hooked! We have been coming back to the Seaside/Seagrove area ever since. The friends who attended our wedding all loved the area as well and were just as excited for us as we were when we purchased our first and now second property here. This is a dream come true for us. It's amazing how all your cares and worries just lift off your shoulders when you arrive.
