Welcome to Longview Lodge -Our 2200 square foot 4 bedroom sleeps 10 people, gameroom, 2 bath oasis in the Poconos is complete w/outdoor hot tub, fire pit & game room. Our bright & airy modern farmhouse raised chalet is tucked away on a private wooded lot & a short drive to amazing hiking trails, golf, fishing, ATVs, water sports, waterparks & skiing - Kalahari (8 mins), Camelback/Aquatopia (15 mins). We aimed to create a special getaway for families and friends looking to get a break from everyday life and enjoy some time together. Though you need membership to access all of Lake Naomi’s amenities- there is soooo much to do around the area without it. Note: quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Security does monitor noise complaints. The space
Our farmhouse modern inspired chalet in the Lake Naomi community designed for families and friends traveling together that enjoy the comforts of home and a warm and cozy design aesthetic. Pull into the oversized driveway off a low-traffic roadway with rare grass fronted yard for sports and kids to enjoy. Step into the two-floor raised chalet entry and 2nd den/kids world via your unique keyless code.

LIVING SPACE: The entry is connected to the oversized mudroom boasting 5 large cubbies for your convenience. A pull out sectional that you'll sink into immediately. Make movie night part of your vacation with the 46" HDR TV with Apple TV. Kids want something more, you'll find the newly imagined game room with foosball, air hockey/ping pong table, tons of art supplies and XBox One with one controller. Step outside and relax in our HotSprings hot tub or enjoy some S'mores by the firepit. Better yet, play ping pong under the stars on our outdoor table.

Back inside and directly up the staircase you'll enter the bright and airy vaulted living room. A comfortable Pottery Barn sectional will provide your gathering the desired ambiance. The dining room is adjacent (with a 10 person gorgeous custom made farmhouse table) along with a breakfast bar which seats 2 additional people. The setup is perfect for adults to relax upstairs while the kids can enjoy themselves downstairs.

Out the living room you'll access the large upper deck including the 3 burner propane Weber grill (including propane). Setup dinner and drinks outside at the modern picnic table while you cook in the fresh air amidst the majestic timbers. Back inside, the floor plan flows easily into the open concept, nod to the retro kitchen.

COOKING SPACE: Styled vintage vibes with new appliances and cooking conveniences await you in the newly renovated well-supplied kitchen. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help, music control and house information just by asking Alexa with the Amazon Echo conveniently located on the counter.

SLEEPING + BATHING SPACE: Down the hall you'll find 2 bedrooms and the spare room each with unique design touches and creature comforts, and air conditioning units. The completely gutted brand new bathroom features a large sink atop a custom vanity and a heavenly rain and hand-held shower in a white porcelain bathtub.

Find a bedside table with built in USB port, lamp, perfect for a late night read and a glass of wine.

★★★★★ Twin bunk Bedroom: The second bedroom located downstairs is a twin bunk bedroom with two comfortable bunk beds, ample double closet space, air conditioning and plenty of closet space (accommodates 4 people, room for a pack n play and linens are part of an additional fee).

★★★★★ Queen Bedroom: The third bedroom downstairs and is a queen bedroom with A/C, closet, oversized dresser and a comfy chair to enjoy some reading. (accommodates 2 people with room for a pack n play and linens are an additional fee).

All bedroom includes their own heating and AC for custom comfort in each and every bedroom. Also included in every bedroom are fans.

PARKING: One long driveway and additional street parking and an oversized car garage allow for multiple vehicles to have direct access to our home and keeps the car shuffle to a minimum when hosting friends.

LAKE NAOMI CLUB MEMBERSHIP (OPTIONAL):
During your stay, you have the OPTION TO PURCHASE A TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP TO THE LAKE NAOMI CLUB. The extra fee, paid directly to the Lake Naomi Club via their online form, will provide you access to all the amenities of the club, including the award winning tennis complex, 9-hole golf course, basketball courts, archery, three pools (one indoor), fitness center with hot tubs, sauna and steam room, sailing, kayaking, a beach bar and indoor bar with patio and dining at the clubhouse restaurant. Other things to note
Lake Naomi offers wonderful camps for the kids throughout the summer. They also offer mini camps during holiday breaks. These are included with your temporary membership.

Additional activities within Lake Naomi include, archery - hours posted at the community center, fishing, weather permitting ice skating on the Lake by the clubhouse, snow shoeing

The house is 1.5 hours from both NYC and Philadelphia.

We are also 15 min from the major ski resorts, Camelback and Jack Frost and Big Boulder.

The Pocono Raceway is about 15 minutes away.

Mountain View Vineyard with wine tastings and tours is in Stroudsburg which is about 20 min away.

The Kalahari Resort water park is about 8 min from the house. There they also offer a wonderful ropes course, skeet shooting, horse back riding, golf etc.

Mount Airy Casino and Spa is about 10 min away.

Tannersville outlets are about 15 min away and offer great shopping.
