The condo was perfect for our stay, with a great layout! It was wonderfully prepared, clean, and comfortable, and the host, Bill, was helpful and responsive!
Great property, great host. I’m not sure how others had issues with nav or instructions, learn a map, just be a steward, leave it easier and better for the next group. Follow the instructions, they do a fantastic job.
We have stayed at this property before and it was just as great this time as the first. The location is nice for venturing out and exploring from. Very peaceful and quiet, with wonderful views. My adult children love this location as well:)
We had a truly lovely time - the weather was not great so having the indoor pool available made for some great memories. Good for families, everyone had a bed.
Nice accommodations. Comfortable, nice views, nice outdoor space. Three levels and four sleeping areas allowed privacy and variety. Perfect jumping-off point for hiking in the area. Very nice and affordable restaurants in the area with really good food. Would definitely stay here again.
Had a great time at the condo. Very nice location, very clean inside with all the amenities. Convenient to many sites to visit. Owner is very nice to work with. Thanks
We had a pleasant stay here as our base to climb at rumney. We were a group of 6 climbers and we had enough privacy and space for everyone. Having access to sauna and bathtub was definetly appreciated!
Everything was clean and organized. We stay in the area every year and this has been our favorite rental. Plenty of space and the box fans keep the house cool on hot days. We will certainly return next year and I even hope to stay again this year!
Everything was just as described or better! Fantastic views. Bill, the owner was extremely easy to work with. Communication with him was smooth and replies were quick. Definitely would stay there again without question! Thanks Bill for allowing us the use of your condo and for such an enjoyable weekend.
My husband, kids and I loved this property. Bill is a great host, the condo is spacious, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and felt like home. View is incredible. The clubhouse pool and arcade were a hit with our kids. And the Campton Mountain restaurant/lodge was a great place to go on a Friday or Saturday night, good food and great entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Vacation with the grand kids
We loved the unit, It had everything we needed. This was our first trip away with our 4 older grand children ages 10-6 and they had a ball. They especially loved rolling down the hill behind he unit. The view was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. We couldn't have asked for better weather. We also loved the club house and the proximity to family activities. We may make this an annual trip.

Boy! Sounds like a great review. I even scheduled great weather. Unfortunately, anything less than a 5 star is a ding!

Hands down best stay !
We have stayed at many places over the years and this has been by far the best ! House was stocked ( need laundry detergent not a big deal just FYI) , so much to do with the Sports Center pools , activities, pond with paddle boat , fishing , we brought up our own kayaks , North Conway hour and a half away ( take nice ride ) , many hiking spots being in the white mtns and the best part THE VIEW from the house , beds extremely comfortable! Spacious house
Neighbors were very pleasant and offered recommendations for kayak . Where pool is located etc . Quiet quiet here ! We will be back !

Thank you so much Phyllis! Such a wonderful endorsement!
It sounds so good I can't wait for my stay later this year.
The property was great. Waking up to the beautiful mountains and crisp morning mountain air was a delight. My 3 boys loved rolling down the "mountain" behind the house. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to water issues over the whole area. Bill was very responsive and supportive refunding our stay because we were without running water for the 18 hours. Although, we had to depart a day and a half early, It was a great property and we look forward to visiting again.

The 3 stars is a reflection of the situation not the property. There was no water stemming from a community problem that had never happened while I've owned this property since 1999.
First, working with the owner of the unit was so easy and pleasant. I was in the area for a funeral and can not say enough about how kind the owner was! The place was warm, cozy, and had a nice kitchen. I loved how comfortable I felt as soon as I walked in and that feeling didn't leave. The only thing that was different from most places was that I did have to put the sheets on the bed before getting into bed. It was nice knowing the sheets were clean though! The kids used the club house and said pool was a bit on the cool side and the hot tub was HOT. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Thank you, Melissa. The comments about the sheets are exactly why we do it that way. Dang, when we go there we have to make the beds also!
The condo is in a beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. It was very clean and suited our needs well. The walk out basement seemed a little damp from humidity, but it was fine. We slept upstairs and I was on what appeared to be a futon, but it was comfortable. Plenty of fans in the condo to make it comfortable to sleep in the summer. The pool areas (indoor and outdoor) were very nice, with a hot tub and pool for adults only as well. There are a number of food options and grocery stores nearby. We went to the Hannaford in Plymouth (less than 15 min. drive), but there may be some closer. The owner left four passes for the clubhouse, which was great....otherwise you need to pay to use the facility.

Why they chose this property
What separated this property from others in Lincoln and this area were the views. It's convenient to rt 93 but not too close. The sports club was also an attraction, specifically for the young folk.
