Sleeping for 11 with an open concept main floor that includes a large living room with wood burning fire place, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with oils, spices, large selection of cookware - whatever you need to make a family feast. Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or walk out onto the private back deck with a stone patio and fire pit surrounded by the White Mountains national forest. The large master bedroom features a king bed, a twin bed, twin trundle, large walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV with Netflix, and its own full private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 4 twin beds, share a full jack-and-jill bathroom - great for the kids, second family, or additional house guests. Ample storage for jackets, shoes, gear, bikes etc. in the large garage, mudroom, and laundry room. Wanting to get the kids out of your hair for a bit? Send them downstairs to the mudroom equipped with a wall mount television and PlayStation. If you’re feeling secluded out in the woods of New Hampshire, you won’t be too detached with full cable lineup in the living room & high speed wifi throughout the home. Waterville Estates Community Center features heated indoor pools (year round) and outdoor pools and a swimming pond in the summer. Includes 1 complimentary guest pass, additional passes can be purchased at front desk

Spectacular home! Very welcoming, cozy, all the amenities! Beautiful scenery. The outlook porch and patio are spacious and comfortable. The community center is in close proximity; very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and entertainment. Karen and Adam are top notch! We would definitely come back for another summer vacation!

Great Ski rental

Nice large house for our family getaway. Loved the open concept on the first floor and decor. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable too. The fire place is wood so make sure to bring your own firewood. House includes many games and toys for kids which we appreciated. Location was approx midway between Loon ski mountain resort and waterville valley ski resort.

White Mountains at your doorstep

Well-appointed, kid-friendly house with easy access to the mountains and an extra bonus -- the use of the club house at Waterville Estates with indoor/outdoor pools, gym, arcade, hot tub and games. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the multi-story home and listening for birds on the front deck and back patio.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! I would definitely recommend it. It was everything we hoped it would be for our winter getaway. We went swimming at the community center that is approx 1.5 miles from the house and the next day we went tubing at Waterville Valley which was about 18 minutes from the house. We ate at the Common Man Restaurant in Plymouth, NH. Which is always wonderful. Great house, great location, great time! Thank you to Karen and Adam.

A little off the beaten path, this home is nestled in the woods in a scenic mountain area for a feeling of peace and seclusion yet 5 min from whatever we needed. A personal note welcomed us and fans already cooling the house for our arrival. Two small families had plenty of room to relax. Family friendly as promised. The house came fully stocked and great care and thought given to guests needs. It is obvious this family loves this home and want their guests to love it too. The owner was prompt and personable with communication. 10/10 given by all adults and kids in our party.

Stunning and Spacious!

I hosted my mother and her friends with their children for a birthday weekend getaway at Karen and Adam’s cabin. The pictures don’t do this place justice! The floor plan was plenty spacious for the 8 of us (including kids and teens) and the decor was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and plenty of kid and adult friendly plates, cups, and silverware. We stayed from Jan 18th to the 21st and the temps outside were well below freezing for the duration of our stay, but the cabin is well insulated with separate thermostats for each area, and the fireplace worked beautifully. The communication with Adam and Karen was great! We received our check in code on time, their welcome binder was thorough and informative, and when we cooked a pizza at too high a temperature and set the fire alarms off, Adam called the home phone to ensure we were safe, and remotely turned the alarms off for us. I would 100% stay here again, it’s beautiful, well kept, spacious and comfortable. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in the white mountains

Loved the location and house overall. Spacious and accommodating. Loved that this home had trundle beds instead of bunks beds like most other NH rentals. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed and then some. Toilet paper, paper towels & cleaning supplies were provided but limited. House wasn't dirty per se...but she could use a deep clean. Seems like there's a moisture problem, house smelt musty especially in the basement (which is also the main entrance). There were notes not to touch any of the blinds so we figured we weren't supposed to open any windows. Opened one window in the kitchen (that didn't have blinds) but it was full of cobwebs and grime so decided against trying to air the place out. Some dishes appeared to have been put away dirty. Surfaces felt a bit icky. One of the guest beds felt gritty like the sheets hadn't been washed and had sand in them. All in all, home was great. Could use a de-humidifier and more thorough house cleaners.

Property is well maintained, clean and well equipped. Appliances are current in a decent sized kitchen. Every bedroom has tv/internet. Only caution is for those who can't deal with lots of stairs (20 stairs from ground level to 1st floor, 10 more to 2nd floor bedroom level).
