You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with soft, warm colors and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals (if you choose to cook). The dining room area seats 6 and the counter seats 3 making plenty of space to entertain. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seats for entertaining new friends or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath has a walk in shower and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds that can be put together to make another king size bed for your guests to feel at home. This home also has WiFi internet included so you can stay in touch with friends & family back home, don't forget to send pictures of all the fun you are having! Just off the living room you will step into your private back yard with a table and seating for 4 under the pergola making the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. It's also a great place to sit and relax with friends before heading off to the nightly entertainment. 

This home comes complete and includes an GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
