Solopgang og solnedgang fra vores fredelige 3. sal condo! Velkommen til vores lille stykke af paradis på solrige South Padre Island. Vores stranden hjem er blevet fuldstændig renoveret og professionelt indrettet. Så snart du indtaster i lejligheden er du mødt af den dejlige blå vand i den Mexicanske Golf. Slap af og beundre den betagende udsigt fra det åbne koncept stue eller lytte til den beroligende lyd af bølgerne fra vores store, private, hjørne balkon. Det store soveværelse suite med privat badeværelse giver dig mulighed for at nyde gulv til loft havudsigt fra din king size seng. Vores første gæst soveværelse giver en queen size seng og en lille privat balkon. En anden stor gæst soveværelse har to queen size senge og et dejligt gæstebadeværelse støder op til det. Opholdsstuen, samt alle tre soveværelser, er udstyret med vægmonteret, fladskærms-tv. Der er en ekstra bar område med en lille drik køleskab, har vi en fuld størrelse vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i vaskerum, og en kul grill på altanen. Talrige faciliteter, som inkluderer gratis internet, kabel-tv, børns playcape, tennisbane, basketball mål, boblebad, 2 pools, motionsrum, palapa område og gated parkering er til rådighed for din nydelse. Great place for a vacation

The unit is great, clean, spacious and has great amenities. Also, the owners are great to work with! I'll be booking again next summer.

Best Stay Ever!

Spacious, clean, comfortable , and has everything you need! The beach , grocery store and shops are in walking distance and the BEACHFRONT VIEW was AMAZING! Hosts were friendly and helpful, they put a lot of attention and intention with everything that was provided. Loved it!

Family getaway

Place was spacious and accommodated seven adults and a baby. Great view of the beach. Great balcony to sit and just enjoy the breeze and the view.

The perfect VRBO

We were pleasantly surprised that this VRBO was even better than the photos! Beautiful, stocked, quiet, spacious and wonderful hosts that took amazing care of our every need. The unit is even stocked with things you didn’t know you even needed. You could live here! Seriously if you are looking to stay in this area, CHOOSE THIS ONE!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and appreciated all the amenities, bonus the condo has s reverse osmosis water filtration system. The hosts responded very quickly to our questions.

Was a very clean and beautiful place with wonderful view. Very good location, beach access was great, would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Mike and Carolyn are wonderful hosts and was really helpful to us.

We loved this condo!

This condo was perfect for our family during our stay in SPI. The kitchen was perfect to make meals and spend time with each other after a fun day on the beach. The view of the beach from the living room and patio was amazing. We loved staying here and hope to book again soon. Thank you so much!

Amazing Condo

Our family stayed here for spring break and this was a great condo. The condo was very clean and the owners thought of everything that is needed for a day at the beach and pool. Communication with the owners was excellent and very easy. We would recommend this condo! It is a 5 star condo!

Best ever!

This property was exceptional! It was like a personal home with everything that you could possibly want. The photos and amenities don't capture the real charm of this place. It's two blocks away from a grocery store, two breakfast places, four lunch counters, and five dinner restaurants. One was F&B! A chef owned and managed five star restaurant! Thank you Mike & Carolyn!

Wonderful Thanksgiving at the beach!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from start to finish. This unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, (cutting boards, trivets, pots and pans, coffee maker AND Keurig... even food storage containers). The living room was great for movies every night (we could log into our own streaming apps), the beds are very comfortable, and there was good quality paper towels and TP. :) We were especially grateful there were plenty of beach towels available, so we didn't have to pack them. The owners were very communicative and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We hope to return!

Amazing

Top notch! Communication was on point every step of the way, extremely clean, perfect area right in the middle of the island, the outside private patio is amazing for sunrises. I could go on and on. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Water problems cut our stay short

Amazing location and beautiful condo. Unfortunately, scheduled plumbing work caused two day water outage after second day that caused us to relocate to a standard hotel room down the street. Hosts refunded rental payment.

5 star stay!

Our family would absolutely return to this property for future trips to SPI. It is the most comfortable property we’ve ever stayed at: every mattress was excellent, the linens were very nice, the couches and chairs were in great shape, and the patio furniture was high quality. This was also the most well-stocked property we’ve ever stayed at, which was so appreciated because we have young children and an infant, so we cooked most meals at home and did a few loads of laundry during our stay. The condo complex itself is the pride and joy of the residents who own units- it is very clean and well cared for. Everyone we met talked about how Ocean Vista Towers is the best place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Loved It! Beautiful Condo with Beach Front

This condo turned out to be the perfect high-end place for our family reunion. The furnishings and amenities are top-notch and everything we could have wished for. The balcony overlooking the pool, hot tube and beach was perfect for relaxing. Owners Mark and Carolyn were gracious and helpful. Our only small glitch was getting our parking permits and wristband from the manager of the complex, as no one seemed to be manning the complex office. But that was rectified by a helpful maintenance person who made some calls for us. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to enjoy an amazing vacation experience.

301 has everything you need for a 10 day stay!

We’ve been coming to the island for over 40 years and stayed in many different condos and homes over the years. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of storage space for our groceries, drinks, etc. We had 8 total people staying in our condo and a host of other family members staying in other condos at Ocean Vista ranging from 60+ years, to teenagers to a two-month old. There was plenty of seating for eating, as well as hanging out with our small group and frequent visitors. As parents to three teens, we appreciated the beautiful view of the ocean and also the pool… it was nice to keep an eye on them, without following them everywhere! Beds were all incredibly comfortable, AC was nice and cool and showers were always hot! We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels! The only complaint we heard from our group was about the key situation. After staying in other condos that had keypads for entry, it was a bit of a challenge to keep up with two physical keys in a lockbox with so many people coming and going with beach gear and babies throughout the day. Otherwise we loved the condo, the location and our stay in 301!

What an awesome place! Beautiful relaxing view. Enjoyed that the whole condo is on 1 level. Everything you need plus! Well stocked kitchen -could use some updated pans/skillets. But dishes etc very nice! Had Keurig and reg coffee pot. Easy walk to the beach. Dog area was nice and easy to access also. NO need to take stairs- very thankful for elevator. Also thankful for roll around cart to take luggage up to room.

Having been visitors/vacationers to the island for years, we ultimately chose to purchase at Ocean Vista Towers due to the quality, condition, and privacy of this condominium complex combined with the pristine beaches and breathtaking ocean views. We looked at many other condos but found that Ocean Vista Towers offered the best combination of everything we were looking for and its central location made it the stand out choice. We definitely made the right choice!

Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island. This twelve story condominium is located on the beach front and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You are able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises in the morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evening from our 3rd floor condo with a large wrap around balcony. This complex features two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goal, children's adventure playset, cardio workout room, and gated parking for guest. The friendly, on-site management staff keeps everything in tip top shape.
