2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 12th floor corner-condo has spectacular with both east and south views of the Gulf Coast and the beach from the balcony, master bedroom as well as the living/dining area

Recently renovated. Brand new AC system, new good quality mattresses (all of them), new curtains, new paint, new kitchen, some new furniture, new big screen smart TVs. The living room and both bedrooms have TVs.

You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Enjoy the spectacular views of the blue Emerald Coast waters for miles from the condo.

This unit offers a full kitchen and two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in each. For your convenience, this unit also offers a washer and dryer. Come relax in this lovely home away from home!

The unit was amazing. It was clean, updated, and had everything you needed for your stay. The provide beach chairs, coolers. Cribs were available. The host was fantastic. Great communication. Answered all of our questions quickly. The Sundestin resort still needs some updating. They are doing construction which did not interfere with our stay. Perhaps it will be finished when we return because we are going back.

This is our 3rd time staying at SunDestin condos. This was by far our favorite room we’ve stayed in! Clean, lots of room, awesome balcony, and our kids loved the big iPad in the living room. Would definitely stay here again. No issues.

Spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, updated, spacious, clean condo with hardwood throughout. Location is ideal, right on the beach. It's in walking distance to beautiful Henderson Beach State Park, as well as to an adventure theme park and an aqua park.

What makes this property unique

Great location, spectacular views, clean! Our condo is right on the beach and has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Washer/Dryer. The unit has been updated in June 2017: 55" TVs. New AC unit. New paint. New curtains. Complimentary Netflix and other entertainment options. Best cleaning service in town: special attention to cleanliness with good quality mattress covers, multiple pages of checklist for cleaning ladies. Walk out of the building directly to beach.
