This place continues to be amazing. The amenities are incredible, and the chest full of games in the living room is such a fun touch. Being across the street from the beach is incredible too. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy Galveston beach or Moody Gardens!

The condo area was peaceful and quietl. Upon arrival we noticed some issues with the AC unit; however, Retta and her husband were prompt in responding back to get the issue resolved and due to several days with AC issues, they refunded our stay. Grateful for a great host, and prompt response and communication. The unit was larger than I thought and held our family of 5 for the beach tournament.

Great Accommodations and View!

We love staying at this condo-it’s our 2nd time. The owners are so very nice! The view of the ocean is great considering it is one building in. The pools are awesome and even after the hurricane coming through the grounds are very well maintained!

Warming up in TX

We loved being in Galveston to enjoy warmer weather away from frosty MN and also to see family. The location was great for easy access to Houston, to the beach, pools and the many restaurants!

Nice Condo on the Galveston Seawall

We've stayed at The Dawn many times. It's a nice complex with restricted access and the beach right across the street. This condo has a great location (second floor) near the pools with a nice view of the beach. The host is great too - helpful and responsive. The condo has comfortable beds and furnishings, lots of beach toys including a rolling cooler and sun umbrella, and is fairly close to parking. We enjoyed our stay.
