About Jim Way
We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Why Jim Way chose Sanibel
We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.
What makes this Condo unique
Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.

Seashells and sunsets
The location is perfect, the pool was fantastic. We wanted a relaxing vacation of sunsets and seashells and this was the perfect location for it!
Great time in Sanibel
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The location is great. The owners were easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.
Jim & Jean (owners) were super hosts, we are thankful for their clear instructions and checking in to see if everything was ok. Condo has beach view, and is at a fabulous complex. We rented a few extra bikes in addition to the bikes provided and biked to the Island Cow restaurant twice. It's also a nice bike ride down to the lighthouse. We were at the beach quite a bit, morning noon & night! Condo had all the kitchen necessities and we loved having a washer & dryer right in the unit. We will be back.
This was the first time to Sanibel Island and we loved it! The pool area was great. We would recommend this property.
Very private and secure
Loved the price, space and the second bathroom on this unit. Would definitely stay here again.
The property was totally outdated! Bathrooms had been half cleaned! We had to clean the bathrooms and wash the sheets at 11pm after a long plane trip! Unit had fleas! After 3 days of this smelly, outdated, unclean unity we moved to another location for the remainder of our week! Had to pay for another property to salvage our vacation! Stay away! Will be battling for a while over this disaster!
First of all we would like to thank all our guests for their stays over the 15 years we have been renting our condo and for the many Great reviews our guest have provided us. In the case of the guests of Sept 27th, they are Totally inaccurate in their assessment of our property. We want to assure our guests that we will correct any and all problems occurring during our guests stays as long as we can verify the problems.
We had Bugs-Not- Us inspect our unit just after these guests departed. Bugs-Not-Us found NO bugs of any kind on our condo. Our house cleaner stated that they thoroughly cleaned the condo just prior to the arrival of these guests with clean fresh clean linen on all the beds. We have used the services of this house cleaner for 12 years without a single prior complaint. We have continually updated and improved our condo on a yearly basis. In July we had the master bed room wall extended with a new entrance door.
We are committed to make every effort possible to ensure a Great stay in our Sanibel Island condo. We plan on doing some more work on the condo this Fall and also will be replacing furniture as needed.
