Our Newly Updated Loggerhead Cay Condo with New living room furniture and completely New Kitchen. There is DSL and High Speed WiFi Internet in our unit. We have Great Views of the Gulf Beach and the heated Swimming Pool below.The Spacious Living RM has a 26 ft. Mirrored Wall providing excellent views from 60% of the condo Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, Spacious living room, dining room, Screened patio and New Full size Front load washer/dyer.

The bedding is a King in the Master with a HDTV, 2 Twins in the Guest with TV/DVD and a Sleeping sofa in the living room. The Guest Bedroom has been completely remodeled. There is a New HD 32 in. TV with a DVD and VHS Player. New upgrades include new kitchen and Free for Guests 4 High Quality Bicycles. The adult bikes were New in 2014. The Unique features of our unit is the Glass Sliders on both the Inside and out side of the Lanai. You can have AC in the Lanai. The Living room East wall is completely mirrored. The mirrored walls provides added Brightness to the condo.

Sanibel Island is a Tropical Paradise with endless things to see and do for all ages. There is about 30 miles of Biking, Walking and in-line Skating trails. Enjoy the Lush foliage, Flowers, and Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. You can Walk to close by Shopping and Restaurants. There are 2 18 hole Public Golf courses on the island.

Our Unit at Loggerhead Cay is Professionally Managed and there is always someone available to meet your needs. The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and ensure our standards of cleanliness.

Loggerhead Cay is about .3 miles from the Causeway to Fort Myers, providing easy access on and off the island.

Recent Upgrades include New Living room Furniture and Blinds and the completely New Kitchen and the All new Guest Bedroom. We also now have a New Front Load Washer and Dryer in our unit. We have 4 Excellent Quality bicycles. The adult bikes are New There are also 2 Tennis Rackets in our condo along with a lot of Beach items. Call owners for detailed information.

About Jim Way

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Why Jim Way chose Sanibel

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time on Sanibel Island. The condo is great! It is very comfortable and we found everything we needed for our stay. The beach chairs and the bikes were a definite bonus! The island is easy to get around on by bike and we enjoyed that perk very much! You may want to bring beach towels if space is not an issue. There were towels to use on the beach, but they were small and there were only 4 of them. Everything was wonderful!

Very nice clean property, condo was very nice clean and well equipped

Everything about property and condo was very good we just picked wrong time as the red tide was causing a lot of environmental problems in the area what is usually a beautiful beach and coast line was not pretty but we found other sites to see in Fort Myers area to keep up our interest and enjoyment of area. We just want to spend time about beach which was not enjoyable because of the coastal problems

Dirty

Carpet in guest room was dirty and had wrinkle in the middle of the room. Disposal did not work. Ceiling fan in guest room was so loud you couldn't leave it on. Blinds were missing slats. Beach chair broken. Ants in kitchen. Stains on bath towels. Dirty master bath. Needless to say, we will never rent this condo again.

Owner's Response: It is helpful when get information of problems in our vacation condo in order to address and correct the problems. It would have been more helpful for these guests if they had informed us of the problems when I called then and spoke to them early in their stay. It is our goal to provide the best stay for guests that we possibly can and take care of any and all of their issues while in our unit. We have already corrected most of these noted issues and will review and correct the remaining noted problems. The Loggerhead Cay has a pest control service available for such problems as ants and were able to spray for the ants the day I informed the property manager. I have already talked to our house keeper about the cleaning concerns. These were the first and only cleaning issues received while using their service for past 6 years. Thanks go out to our many guests over the past 12 years. Many have have returned for another another stay. Many have expressed there concerns and many have noted what they enjoyed about our Sanibel Island condo at Loggerhead Cay. We as owners of our Sanibel Island condo take pride in our condo and strive to provide the Best vacation experience that we can. We very much want to retain our Gold rated status. There are plans to make a number of improvements this coming Fall. This past year we replaced 80% of the units carpeting.

Overalll my experience was very good. The reason I gave it a 4 star was the washing machine was broken during a majority of our stay. The location was great along with a pool. The communication with the owner was good.

Fabulous!

We had the most wonderful stay at Logger Head Cay! The owners were so nice and down to earth. Every detail was taken care of leaving nothing out. If you are looking for a vacation place to stay, you can't go wrong with this condo! It has all the amenities and some! Wi-Fi and cable all worked with no issues and there are 3 TVs!! I will definitely be reserving/staying here with family & friends in the near future! Book it today!

Wonderful condo with a great location!

Everthing was just perfect at this condo, the location, the beauty of the grounds, being able to see the Gulf of Mexico from the patio. Mr Way checked on us made sure everything was perfect and it was. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. My friend and I are in our 70s and we had the time of our lives. We felt very safe, and the restaurants and shopping are really right around the corner. And then there is the view, the pool and the Gulf of Mexico , so beautiful. We will contact Mr. Way next summer and see what he has available because we would like to come back to Sanibel.
