Luxury unit with King Master, Queen bed in the guest room and over sized twin bunks in the hall and a sleeper sofa. Marble counter tops with all kitchen amenities. Amazing floor plan with large balcony overlooking the beach! Washer & Dryer in the unit.

You are 1.3 miles from Pier Park a 3 minute drive or take a nice relaxing beach walk on your way there. The resort boasts 2 swimming pools, one that is beach side and the other large pool is on the North side of the property, the pools is kid oriented. Grills located on site! To cool off and enjoy some shady fun, visit the new outdoor rec area! Ping pong, games and more! A large workout room is also available for you! Grab a Starbucks right there in the lobby!! The Sky Bar is located between the parking area & beach tower is an awesome place to hang out, watch the game or try some karaoke. You won't look far for sweet treats. We loved our stay! It has 2 bedrooms plus 2 bunks when u walk in. I was worried it didnt have two bedrooms at first lol great size. The view does make you a bit dizzy its so high up but the view is amazing! Pros: 2 seperate bathrooms Washer/dryerElevators are fastPool is nice w tiki bar and hot tubChair rental hut right when u walk to the beach (50 for 2 and umbrella for the day) plus jet ski rentals.Free parking in a parking garage. Sky Bridge is on 3 so try to park there!Cons: queen bed isnt super comfy, no batteries in remotes, the ice maker doesn't work (but ice bags 5 on level B headed to the pool).The 2nd bathroom has a very tall sided tub to get in. There is a handle to help but older guests would need to use the master bath stand up shower. Great washer pressure. And no fault to the condo, but the main areas of the building smell like dirty diaper. Mostly by the Sky Bar. Not sure what's going on lol but youre not out there alot except to walk to parking garage. Starbucks and nice gym across tbe sky walk in the building w the parking garage. Check in is super easy via text w ur garage code and door code. No need to drive to another property to get ur parking pass and pay 50 like we did last year somewhere else! We really enjoyed this condo and would stay again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. However, the check-in process was not up to par. I had been told I would be sent the gate code and the room code the morning of check-in. When we arrived that afternoon, I still have not received a gate code, so I contacted the number on the paperwork. The agent apologized, then looked up my reservation, and said we weren’t supposed to check in that day. Finally, she found the reservation and told me the condo have been cleaned the day before so we could have checked in a little bit earlier. So she gave us the gate code And the gate code wouldn’t work. Another resident came and tried it. There were two gates, and the one next to us worked fine. So the agent whom I was still on the line with said the codes may have been changed because it was the first of the month. It turns out she had given us the correct code for the gate the first time, but she neglected to tell us to press the pound sign. Once we got that straight, she was able to find the code to the condo, and we checked in. The condo itself was fine, it was huge, the balcony was great. The only problem I had was that one of the runs on one of the stools at the bar came out, and also the lighting situation was a little strange in that sometimes the lights in the kitchen came on, and sometimes they didn’t, and I wish directions had been written down for that. But everything else was great and we really enjoyed ourselves and I would rent the condo again. thank you very much.

Great family vacation!

Condo was really clean and nice. Only thing needed extra attention was cleaning floors. Sand on floor when arrived and found a hat and a sock under the bunk beds. Sand was also all over the couch. Had to vacuum everything when we arrived. More towels would be an improvement. Other than those issues we had a wonderful time and would stay in the condo again without hesitation.

Short but sweet

This condo was perfect! More than enough space for 4 adults. Love the balcony and the bay window in master bedroom. Super clean and very well stocked with dishes, cups and other cooking utensils. It has a brand new dishwasher now too. (a new was installed while we were there) I thought being on the 17th floor would be scary, but it was so peaceful watching the ocean from the balcony. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene cut our visit short, wished we could have enjoyed it longer. We would definately stay there again.

Was an amazing stay. The condo had everything we needed for a week to stay. Was super clean besides sand, but that’s normal! My only advice would be to bring your own big pans that are nonstick. I had some trouble with cooking and things sticking to the pan. Other than that, it was perfect!

I would like to say that the owner and the host are absolutely wonderful! From the decor to the location, everything was absolutely superb. Cleanliness was very high. The pool is very relaxing. Location is close to most of everything. Beach access is easily obtainable. And the views are top notch!!!! Highly recommend this unit and the company. See You At The Beach is by far the easiest company I’ve dealt with. Cannot say enough about them!!! Thank you all so much!

Nice room

The bathroom towel rod fell off the wall the 1st day, The trim around the tile in the master bedroom was coming up causing a trip hazzard. The drawer next to the stove in the kitchen was broken. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely rent this unit again. It just needs small things fixed.
