Enjoy your Florida vacation in this tastefully decorated, Florida-motif, two bedroom condominium with gulf and pool views.
This complex is unique in that it has the largest private, gulf-front pool on Fort Myers Beach. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool while taking in panoramic views of the aquamarine waters and its white, sandy beaches. Relax on the the fifth-floor, shaded balcony overlooking the shimmering pool or walk steps to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
If you are in the mood to walk or jog, there are seven miles of beach where you will find shelling and dolphin sightings to be outstanding. Nestled within view of a natural wildlife preserve, this charming condominium vacation is truly paradise.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full private bath, linen and walk-in closets. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including the dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator.
The living room comes equipped with a large TV. The attached dining room is accented with beautiful decor. WiFi is available for all guests.
Across from the condominium there is a marina where you can rent a boat and explore miles of coastal backwaters. Spend your free-time exploring the adjacent shopping center, with mutiple options for dining and shopping. There is also a charming open-air trolley that will take you anywhere on Fort Myers Beach, from the pier at the northern tip or south to Bonita Springs. Plenty of fine/casual dining, shopping, and entertainment is available.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave condominium in condition as it was upon arrival. All used items (towels, sheets, dishes, etc.) must be washed, other than last night's necessary usage.
Please return two sets of keys and one parking pass to the kitchen countertop. Please lock the door and return one key to the lockbox, located adjacent to the front door.
Check-in: 3pm, Check-out: 8am. Thank you!
