Very restful two-bedroom / two-bathroom classic 1,250 square foot beachfront condominium. Sixth floor unit with million-dollar unobstructed views of the Gulf & spectacular sunsets. The condo is located on the coveted "south side" of Sandarac Building A.

Perfect for one or two couples! Fully furnished and well-appointed kitchen. New Bosch washer & dryer. New carpet. Work from home with a desk, office chair, and printer.

Deeded parking for one car plus additional guest parking. Public transportation on Estero Boulevard takes you directly to the North end of the island where you will find the lively "Times Square," as well as the new Margaritaville Beach Resort (where it's always 5 o'clock apparently!).

Having stayed at multiple condos in Ft. Myers Beach, this is my favorite. It is exceptionally comfortable, immaculately clean, and the owners go well above and beyond with both the condo itself and support before and during our stay. Sandarac is an ideal location, right on the beach. The property, location, and owners are all wonderful.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice, very well stocked and the view was awesome. The things the owner had no control over like building exterior maintenance elevator not working and no swimming pool was all caused by hurricane Ian. I must say after leaving this unit we found out just how spoiled we were and how nice it was compared to other units.

This condo was delightful. Decor was beautiful and very comfortable. Very well fitted out kitchen. The view is a knockout. Host was very helpful and receptive with some questions that we had concerning the clothes dryer and the A/C noise in the guest bedroom. We are already booked again for next year!
