Everything was perfect for our stay at Paul’s lake house. Clean, lake and Mountain View’s,, well stocked with spices, and plenty of beach towels. The loons and birds were a bonus. Thank you for a wonderful place. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful little lakefront property, close drive to nearby Stowe mountain. Great quick trip visit! Would stay again.

Paul's lake house exceeds expectations each time we stay at Lake Elmore. He is a host that will go above and beyond, he responds quickly, and is very accommodating. We have stayed in both July and August and our children, grandchildren and Vermont relatives enjoy swimming from the dock, and using the kayaks and canoe. The view is breathtaking and the porch is the best on the lake! We swam in the lake almost everyday, visited Stowe, Cambridge, Greensboro, Morrisville, and the surrounding area. The Elmore Store is convenient right nearby and a daily walk on the lake house road is a must. We are looking forward. to staying again soon.

I never tire of this wonderful Elmore lake house. It’s such a beautifully relaxing view, each early morning dawn through midnight stars and moon. For me, it’s a perfect location for connecting with friends and family in the area. I appreciate the Elmore Sugarhouse, the Elmore Store, the state park and mountain hike, and easy access to Waterbury, Stowe, Morrisville, Craftsbury, and Greensboro. I make my rounds, feed my soul, and look forward to next time. I appreciate the kayak…and the hot tub. The deck/porch are perfect for conversation…or just relaxing, alone. Absolutely well- maintained, inside and out. Just great, all the way ‘round.

Beautiful week on Lake Elmore

Great stay on Lake Elmore. We could not have asked for better weather and lake access. The housewas exceptional and had everything we needed for a fun week with our family.

Fantastic home, great location

Stayed here with my family several tomes ove rthe years. The location is perfect and the home is clean, comfortble and spacious. Property is well maintained wih great ammenities.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay in Elmore. The house was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again! Piece of advice….screenshot the directions and code before you get there because there is no service

This beautiful camp right on the lake was everything we could have wanted. The kitchen is so well set up all the appliances and dishes pots and pans are like new. Lots of boats and water toys. Private and quiet. Just a great stay!

Stay for Stowe

Unbelievable stay! Beautiful area and well kept by the owner!Very clean! 10/10 recommend. It's a bit far from Stowe, but not terrible by any means and definitely not uncomfortable to drive it.

Great Place

Everything was as advertised. We spent a lot of time watching the nesting pair of loons and their juvenile loon offspring. It was very special.

Beautiful house on a lake

The house was situated in a lake with Mountain View’s. We came for skiing and enjoying the winter which did not disappoint. The hot tub was a necessity after skiing. Highly recommended!

The lake house is perfect for enjoying Elmore and surrounding area. It remains my favorite place to stay in Elmore. Loons on the lake, Elmore Mountain views, it doesn’t get better than this, for me.The new deck/porch is incredible, the hot tub is always great. I’m sorry I didn’t get to use the kayaks this year or try out the flotation options for swimming fun but…next year!Missing it, already.

The Lake is the Thing

This rental has a wonderful porch on a beautiful lake as a highlight. It also has a very good kitchen. The TV was solid for rainy days. Host responded quickly to needs.

Beautiful Home

We traveled from the Phoenix area to escape the heat and enjoy the cool fall temperatures and view the foliage. The house was cozy and check in was a breeze. The bed was soft and comfy. The view of the lake was amazing and we loved sitting in the hot tub every evening.

Lovely Lakehouse on Lake Elmore

We are returning visitors to this lakehouse as it leaves nothing to be desired! The house is welcoming, linens are fresh and crisp, the kitchen is fully stocked and the view from the porch is heaven. We really enjoyed the fireworks over the lake, the parade of boats and our stay over the week of 4th of July.

Lake Elmore Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Paul's lake Elmore location is perfect for a couples quiet getaway or a time at the lake with the whole family. We arrived to a spotless house with a captivating view. Directions were clear, check in and check out were made easy by Paul. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful lakeside destination surrounded by beautiful mountains and pleasant people.

Best VRBO stay

The property was exactly as described, it was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a short term rental. The canoe/kayaks were excellent and there were also life jackets and floaties that were unexpected and welcomed. The lake is very quiet and my daughters had a great time fishing off the dock. We would definitely go back and stay again. My family thoroughly enjoyed everything!So relaxing.

Always, always a great stay!

Without question, this is my favorite place to stay when visiting friends and family in the Elmore/Morrisville area. Now back home, I’m already missing that glorious morning lake view. I love the kayaking opportunity, (the loon family was a delight). The home is so very comfortable with indoor and outdoor spaces to more than satisfy. Without wishing my time away, I’m already looking forward to ‘next time’!

We love this house on Lake Elmore. This is our 3rd time staying. The views are breathtaking, the hummingbirds delightful! Paul ensures the house has everything you could possibly need. When we are there, it truly feels like home. We were so excited to see the new Elmore Store! It was a perfect week in every way! Be back again next year!

Beautiful lake house

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The view from the kitchen and living room is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, foosball table and the Elmore Sugar house ice cream which is close by. We found the hot tub rules somewhat intimidating, so we tried to minimize our use in the tub, but we still had lots of fun and hope to come back.

Excellent choice for a family ski trip

We had a great time at Paul’s house, which had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was great, very quiet, and only a ~35 min drive to Stowe ski resort. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Stowe and closer to nature. The hot tub was excellent for unwinding after the slopes. Paul provided everything we needed to maintain it, including detailed instructions.
