Flatinrome Trastevere B is a comfortable 100 square metres (1080 Sq.Ft.) three bedroom apartment with shared roof top terrace located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic Roman 3 storey building, on the picturesque district of Trastevere. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for very quiet an accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Rome

Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on Ponte Fabricio the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City.

You ll find all the comforts you could wish, including air conditioning and WiFi Wlan Internet connection in every room, washing machine, TV with Satellite channels, telephone with free calls to European and North American land lines. Trastevere B has 3 bedrooms (two family rooms for 5 people each and one double) . Bedroom 1 and 2: two large single beds (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed) + one single bed, one bunk beds and one wardrobe. Bedroom 3: bedroom with two large single beds (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed) and one wardrobe. Dining room with fully equipped kitchenette with an adjustable table with chairs for up to 14 persons, queen size sofa bed, TV with satellite channels and a small balcony. Two full bathroom (one with bathtub and one with shower). Some steep steps will bring you to a wonderful roof top terrace with umbrellas, tables, sunbed and chairs, shared with the other guests in the complex, where you can sunbathe, relax after sightseeing or enjoy your outdoor meal.
