Walking distance to beach, bars, movies, library, post office, basketball/tennis courts, parks, gyms, grocery store, comedy club, coffee shops, farmers market and restaurants. Large walk in custom closet in guest room with connected bathrooms in both rooms. Bath tub with shower in main bathroom and stand up shower in guest. Ceiling fans throughout. No pets, candles, firearms, or smoking. Gated parking garage with 1 parking spot included. Nicel. Publix grocery store just feet from condo entrance. Minutes from PBIA, I-95, and beaches.

Bicycles for rent around the corner by Publix with bike trails close by! Boats, jet skis and water sport rentals including paddle boards available for rent within walking distance. BEACH CHAIRS/TOWELS provided.

Fully stocked kitchen with wine cooler, pots and pans, tea kettle, microwave, countertop toaster oven, glasses, dishes, knives, coffee cups, silverware, DISHWASHER, ICEMAKER, and everything you need to feel right at home. Sleep Number California king mattress in the master and queen mattress in the guest room both with plush pillow top comforter.

Full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Complete with linens, towels, beach towels, umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, paper towel and toilet paper. Safe with digital combo lock in master bedroom.

There are 3 wall mounted Samsung SUHD Smart 4K TVs, one is a 65 inch in the living area with Bose surround sound bar, the other two are 50 inch in the Master Bedroom and the Guest bedroom all powered with Roku. Stream with your NETFLIX/DISNEY+, AMAZON PRIME, HULU. We provide access to high speed internet WIFI. No Cable included.

Charging ports for iPhones, electronic watches, and headphones in all rooms as well as an international power adapter. A Portable Bose soundlink wireless Bluetooth speaker for playing music from your phone as well as Amazon echo in master. Private Juliet balcony off the den.

Plenty of extra soft Turkish Shower towels, beach towels, and bed sheets provided. Also beach chairs and cooler in unit.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in each bathroom. If you want specific toiletries there’s a cvs up the street as well as a Publix.

No shortage of restaurants or entertainment near by. Walk or bike to beach in just minutes. 15 min uber ride to Delray beach, Jupiter, and Palm Beach Gardens. Across the intracostal from Palm Beach Island, home to the "winter white house" Mar Lago and visited frequently by President Donald Trump. Tiger woods, Michael Jordan, Dr. Oz, Tony Robbins are just a few of the local celebrities that reside in this tropical paradise.

Conviently located in between and walking distance (2 blocks!) from the tri rail and new BRIGHTLINE train stops as well as the Amtrak station. Be in Fort Lauderdale in 30 min or Miami in an hour! FREE Local downtown trolley and diva bus tour stops right by condo to get around downtown to see the best the palm beaches has to offer by land or by water.

Great weekend….

Place is a great 2 bed and 2 bath for weekend trip. It is in rosemary square, walk to grocery store, has full kitchen, quiet area easy Uber pick up and drop off. Clematis street walkable and in the center of everything from Miami to Juno/Jupiter. Our main event was Astros baseball but had a great time and this place made it great!

Perfect WPB location

Apartment was clean and comfortable with lots of little amenities. Close to shops and restaurants and just a quick jog or ride to Palm Beach. Recommend checking out the Brightline train to Miami. It's only a few blocks away and a little over an hour to downtown Miami.

First trip to Palm Beach - Great location to get away

The location was great. Rosemary Square with shops and restaurants is located right outside the backdoor and Clematis Street is a 5 minute walk. We ate out every night and saw a Polo match, Kennedy Space Center and the McCarthy's cat sanctuary during our stay. Nice quiet pool and free parking. The accommodations were great for 2 couples and the kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. Justin also was very communicative throughout our stay, much appreciated.

West Palm Condo

Our stay was great and the condo was as it was advertised. The only drawback is the lack of a pool - which we knew. Hotel pools are available in West Palm using the resortpass.com but rentals can be expensive and also not available. Beds were very comfortable and Nespresso machine is a nice bonus.

Excellent Space in a Great Location

Our family stayed at the property late April. It was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. Spacious, clean and in an amazing location. We were able to walk right to Publix for groceries and then right around the corner was Rosemary square. Justin was attentive and responded immediately to calls/texts. We would 10/10 book this space again!

Lovely apartment, great location

This second floor walk up is well furnished with nice appointments, just a couple of blocks from Rosemary Square, with its shops and restaurants (formerly City Place). It’s a very walkable city: a car is unnecessary, but we were able to park in a nearby garage(included in the rental fee). Highlights include very comfy king bed, large screen smart tv w/ sound bar, washer/dryer, and a Nespresso machine with pods. Note that there is no on-premise pool or hot tub. You have to purchase a day pass at the nearby Hilton, across busy Okeechobee Blvd. That was the only negative, but didn’t detract from our very pleasant stay.

Everything was great Location clean except description of property. Should not say it has pool and hot tub. I was on a golf trip My wife and one of my daughters tagged along. they had to gets a daily access pass and pay an addition 20 $ each day to go to the hilton pool. It should not be in description or it should be stated that there is an additional charge.

Positives: Great downtown location. Newly decorated rooms. Negatives: Very poor cleaning - half eaten food was left in the fridge and freezer. Laundry was left in the dryer. Sent multiple pictures to the owner and got a text apology and no effort to make the situation better. Remote for one tv was under the bed, took a day to find. No basic cable in the room so watching tv was difficult. 3 stars is probably a stretch.

nauseating plug in deodorizer made me sick

The condo was permeated with a very strong, nauseating plug in deodorizer. There were 6 plug ins which bagged and set outside. I tried to air out the place, but the smell would not leave. I got a severe headache from it, and my guests' eyes were burning. I had to check out a day early. The owner refused to refund the one day. The place was not very clean, there was hair in one of the shower, yucky stains on mirror stand in, the tub did not drain properly, the windows were really hard to open, and would not stay open without being propped up. The headboard in one of the bedrooms was stained and the fake leather covering was crumbling. The place was disgusting. It ruined my visit with my mother who just moved to Florida.

Best stay EVER in WPB

My husband and I have been coming with our granddaughter and her friend to the WPB area a couple times a year for the last 5 years. We are on a BIT of a budget so we have rented houses with pools in the suburbs but this time we opted for an urban stay. We all loved it. The condo was as advertised …. more than enough room for 4 people giving the two preteens plenty of privacy in their own suite. Since we either went to a beach or went deep sea fishing everyday, the in-house washer and dryer was much appreciated. My husband was delighted to see the Nespresso ( Publix is the first grocery store we’ve ever seen to carry the Nespresso pods -BONUS) . The mattresses were great; there were plenty of bath and beach towels. Water pressure in primary bathroom sink was a bit low( my only complaint). The small, pretty pool was heated and we never saw anyone in it in the evening. when we used it. The best part was the walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store. We walked to dinner most nights (other than when we met family in Palm Beach Gardens). We got great donuts at Salty and got ice cream at Sloan’s. We even shopped, people watched, and listened to music on the square). It was super convenient to have free parking in the garage. I hope to come back soon.
