Large apartment with its own bathroom and toilet, renovated in 2019. A great breakfast is included. Bus/tram stop 180 meters away, just 15 minutes from Amsterdam’s city center. And just 20 minutes to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. Pantry with coffee and tea maker, dining table, and minibar stocked with sodas, juice, beer, and wine. Outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun. Located on the historic grounds of the former Ajax stadium “De Meer,” near the house where Johan Cruijff was born and raised.

During these times, we’re cleaning our apartment even more thoroughly than before. Of course, we follow all guidelines regarding social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc.

The apartment is on the first floor. We live on the second floor and sleep on the first floor. You’ll definitely have your privacy… we won’t bother you, but if you have any questions, we’ll be happy to help.

Spacious apartment with a private bathroom and toilet in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 15 minutes by public transportation to the center of Amsterdam. Bus/tram stop 180 meters away. Located on the historic grounds of the former Ajax stadium, De Meer, near Johan Cruijff’s birthplace. Private bathroom and toilet, kitchenette with coffee maker and kettle (tea). Minibar with beer, wine, and sodas, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Terrace with a swing bench and a dining table. Delicious breakfast included.

lovely little flat

We had such a nice time staying here and Joost and his wife made us feel so at home! The breakfasts were delicious, and getting to the city center from the apartment was super easy. So glad we were able to stay here while in Amsterdam :)

Nice neighborhood stay

The unit is in a nice neighborhood and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very good and plentiful breakfast. Short walk to tram station.

Great stay at a great host's place

Joost has been very welcoming. He gave us very good tips about the neighborhood. Very clean and cosy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the tramway which brings us very quickly to the museums and restaurants area. I definitely recommend.

Wonderful area

Our host, Joost, was wonderful as was his wife. He picked us up at the train station so we wouldn’t have to pay for a taxi. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Public transportation was at the corner. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed ourselves and still kept in touch with home due the strong Wi-Fi.

Pleasent stay

We are a couple and stayed for two nights. The host Joost is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is spacious, tidy and clean. The breakfast had everything you could asked for and was served at the time we saw fit. There were no issues whatsoever. We would come back and can recommend it.

We decided to spend the New Year in Amsterdam and thanks to ABRITEL we were lucky enough to find the apartment of Joost and his wife! They are both adorable and very understanding, the apartment is close to the transport and therefore to the city centre. If you have any doubts about this property, don't hesitate and book now :)
