We were very pleased with all that this apartment had to offer .. very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, comfortable bed and plenty of space for my husband and I. Brian, the owner, was also a very friendly and helpful host .. he gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in the area that we would never have come across if he hadn’t suggested them to us. There were many places within walking distance as well .. stores, seafood markets, etc. The grounds are also very pretty, well maintained and private. We didn’t rent a car for this trip .. Uber to the French Quarter was approx. $15 - $18 . We would absolutely stay here again when visiting New Orleans. Thanks Brian for everything!
My husband and I stayed here during our trip to New Orleans in March. We just loved it. Very well kept apartment. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The lake is just blocks away. Easy access to everything. Will definitely stay here again. Brian, the owner was great.

More than we could hope for
Ideal location and used as a base both for Mardi Gras celebrations, parades and all the sight seeing available in NOLA. Easy access to I-10 for day trips. The owner Brian was the best. Both as a resource on NOLA's offerings and as a host. Totally exceeded our expectations here. The gardens in the property allowed us to enjoy out doors during quiet times. The unit was not only new but very roomy and comfortable and very clean.
