Wonderful & peaceful place

The place and location is really nice. Really beautiful lake area with a great veiw of the wildlife. Fairly close access to the beach across the road down just a block to the beach access. Way nicer than a hotel. Great to have the comfort feeling of home. Highly recommended. Whould love to stay again in the future.

Pros. Great location, quiet complex, easy walk to beach. Cons. Very limited towels and kitchen utensils. No extra blankets or beddings.

Great Value, Peaceful Stay with a Lake View

We had a great stay and felt it was an excellent value for the money. The king bed was super comfortable, but the second bedroom bed was extremely firm—so much so that we ended up sleeping on the couch, which was surprisingly very comfy!The location was perfect for our concert at Sand in Your Boots—quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive away. The view of the lake was beautiful, and we loved spotting turtles and even a few alligators (itty bitty and big!).The two refrigerators were a bonus—plenty of space to store food and drinks. One improvement suggestion: the living room could use more lighting, as it felt pretty dark at night. Also, clearer instructions on how to lock the bed would be helpful.Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay again with a few small tweaks!

Property is as described. Clean and Great location with short easy walk to the beach. Pay attention to the notes, because there really aren’t ANY extra amenities.

Be aware

Please be aware there is no cable TV at the unit. You must have your own login for streaming services. You cannot download any apps such as ESPN. We were unable to watch college basketball while there. This unit is very basic nothing fancy. Great location though.

We had a good stay. Condo is basic, obvious rental condo, but in good shape overall. Large sectional sofa and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa needs replacing - it's just old and worn. A/C worked great. Traffic light walkway for getting across the street and private walkway to the beach. There indeed is at least one alligator in the lake behind the property.

A lot of small problems

We liked the location and the roominess of the unit, but there were just so many annoyances that seemed like laziness to us. We were there in March and it got quite chilly at night, but there were no blankets at all anywhere. The unit was for 4 people but only 3 cereal bowls, plenty of mugs, but very few glasses. And with only one dishwasher soap available we had to wash by hand every day. Only one roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag which seems ridiculous. No instructions for the TV's and the cable kept going out which was probably not their fault but was one more annoyance. No broom or dust mop and when you are at the beach, it would be nice to sweep up the sand the comes in no matter how careful we were. The towel rack was broken in the bathroom and the dresser which was in front of one closet was broken and the other closet door was broken. We did like that there was a light to cross the street to get to the beach. And the property manager did get back to us in a fairly timely manner about the cable. These seem like trivial things but it just seems like with a little care the unit could have been so nice.

Pictures are deceiving !

The condo was not at all what we expected. The property s decent, the room is very outdated, only lamps in bedrooms and livingroom as lighting. The ceiling fans had dust falling off them , the blinds to the large sliding glass door were tore off of the window with no offering of help for covering of the window. Baseboards are disgusting . I can go on and on, it says strict no pet policy, I asked if i could bring my fully house trained dog and was told no, lots of people had dogs including the guest that was next door with 2 dogs that she literally took to the porch to pee. We were disappointed and won’t be back.

Excellent views

The condo was beautifully decorated. There was a balcony overlooking a gazebo and a lake with amazing turtles in it. The scenery was awesome especially during sunset. The beach was only a short walk away. There was a traffic button to assist with crossing the street which seemed to work as soon as you pressed it. I would definitely stay there again in the units that face the water.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. It was close walking distance to the beach. The pool was very nice. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend it.

Outdated and run down, not worth the money.

Bar stools were broken couldn’t use them. Sinks were rusting out bathroom and kitchen, leaking shower faucet, trash under couches, floor tiles were cracked and broken, dishwasher rack missing wheels, broken blinds, one toilet paper per bathroom, no trash bags, shower curtains falling off the wall, bugs and cobwebs in corner of dining room, chairs were worn to the point of stuffing coming out, frigerator door was covered in spills, kitchen cabinet drawers wouldn’t close, main tv only had Netflix, bags of towels not sure if clean or dirty were stuffed behind the pillows on the couch,drinking glasses were chipped, overall the place was run down and for the price of $1500 for 5 days it wasn’t worth the money. Very disappointed in the overall stay .
