Welcome to Romar Lakes 101C! This relaxing ground-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach and offers easy first-floor access to the pool. Feel right at home with a well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The comfortable living area includes a large flat-screen TV with sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

The main bedroom features a king bed with ensuite main bathroom features a large vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a flat screen TV, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed, accompanied by a flat-screen TV.

We loved the location of this condo and the fact that it was convenient to everything - the beach, Wal-Mart, Gulf State Park and restaurants. This unit was very clean, EXCEPT that the carpet in the master bedroom needs deep cleaning or even replacing. All kitchen dishes and utensils were newly purchased. However, this unit had no large serving spoons, no casserole type pans for baking and cooking, no large serving bowls, only one dish towel. More kitchen utensils were needed. We would stay here again as it meets our needs well.
