Great stay at the Gulf!

We’ve been coming to the Gulf for over 50 years and this is the cleanest, most well equipped unit we’ve ever stayed in. The owner was very kind and super communicative. Excellent experience and we hope to stay here again next year!

Condo was clean, large, and had super easy access to the beach. 100% recommend for anyone! WiFi was great and the location was good. Short drive to all restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again!

Very comfortable, oversized condominium with extremely easy access to the beach for not being on the water. Super clean, and everything was easy to use. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location and very nice accommodations!

The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The location was great! Very close to restaurants, the state park and not too far from The Wharf for a concert. The beach is just a short walk across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt at home in this cozy condo. We enjoyed our rainy days playing Monopoly that was available in the condo. It's my daughter's favorite game! The location was great and close to amazing restaurants! We loved our stay!

Best VRBO experience ever!

Everything about this stay was perfect! My wife and I have stayed in about a dozen different VRBO properties along the Gulf Coast over the last five years and this was by far the best. Communication, cleanliness, material condition, and kitchen supplies were all perfect. One MINOR nitpick is that it needs a full-size ironing board. Even so, this will be my go-to property for future vacations! Bravo!

Why they chose this property

This property is perfectly situated! It is close enough to the Gulf and beach that you can see glimpses of it from the back balcony and front deck. It is a short walk across at the signaled crosswalk to the Romar Lakes private boardwalk to the beach. You have the benefit of having the beach so close without the premium cost of booking a beachfront property. Instead of having your vacation "backyard" filled with other vacationers, you have the peace of the protected wetlands area that meanders into the Romar Lakes, and the splendid array of wildlife.

What makes this property unique

Romar Lakes has an outdoor pool, a pool house, and a lovely gazebo. You can grill poolside, then take a dip! The lakes are stocked with fish, so you don't have to wait until you get to a pier, dock, or charter to cast out a line. It is a great family environment, and is so close to all that the Orange Beach community has to offer.
