2nd floor, 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the beach. Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This condo includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • Two full baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Granite countertop • Tile and luxury plank flooring • Living/dining area •Washer and Dryer in unit • Queen sleeper sofa. Property amenities include: • Every unit offers beachfront views to the Gulf of Mexico • Private beachside balconies • 280 ft. private Gulf front beach • Heated swimming pool and hot tub (beachside) • Seasonal Beach Service, included (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) • Gas grill area • Elevator • Free Wi-Fi • Cable TV • Free parking • Complimentary fitness pass • Coin operated washer/dryer is centrally located at the complex. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Perfect (except for sofa)

This hidden gem was perfect for a 4 night get away, especially if you plan to relax and have a quiet stay. Located in the middle of congested Destin, but you would never know once there! Loved that we could walk so easily to and from the beach, umbrellas were up so early, the AC worked so well, and the place was immaculate and so clean! Most importantly, one row of umbrellas with unobstructed view of gulf! Nice staff! The sofa dipped in the middle, but honestly, I sat on beach and balcony the whole time….this comment is from my husband!

We wanted to go one more year. We wanted to stay at Destin Beach Club because it is right on the water. The beach walks were great also. This was a great beach vacation with the children, and grandchildren. Something I will always remember. I hope anyway.

The only thing (and it’s a tiny thing) that would make it even better is if basic kitchen items (salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc) would be left there when people vacate. Now I understand it’s possible that no one has left those things, but generally when I’ve stayed in condos like this those basics had been left by someone. This would never prevent me from re-booking this wonderful condo, but I just wanted to bring it up.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully updated especially the two baths However a ceiling fan in the main bedroom would make it easier to circulate cool air at night wo the need to bump down the ac. With a one bedroom unit I'm going to assume that retirees "of a certain age" are the primary renters in the off seasons As such each bathroom shower should have a horizontal grab bar for stability in the shower and a vertical bar at the entrance for safe in/out of the shower. An added bonus would be a leg rest about 12" off the ground so that ladies can shave their legs wo bending all the way over For some of us this can be difficult and when you only have a slippery tile wall to hold on to this is an accident waiting to happen. If I were an owner this would not be a liability I would want to chance

It was totally remodeled with beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen with gorgeous backsplash to match. Both bathrooms had glassed in showers with beautiful updated sinks and cabinets. The bed was very comfortable with a huge tv mounted to the wall in the bedroom. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony of the breathtaking view of the gulf. Would highly recommend this unit. Very clean with all the amenities you need.

This unit was probably one of the cleanest and most welcoming in which I've stayed. Updated, bathrooms are super nice, they actually had paper towels, TP, soap etc. Chairs & umbrella included, beach wasn't crowded, parking was easy. Only issues the refrigerator wasn't working and the sink sprayer wasn't either. But, that kind of thing happens and I'm sure maintenance has handled it by now.
