The cottage was a beautiful and relaxing get away for me and my two friends. We spent a few days and nights at the house and it was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring. Check in was smooth, and Rodney had all of the information we needed! We loved the amenities and how close it was to everything we wanted to do in the Keweenaw.

This was my fifth stay at this cottage; I love Eagle Harbor! Plenty of space, *awesome* kitchen, and natural light / fresh air from lots of windows. The fireplace was easy to use and really nice for the colder evenings. Also, Rodney is wonderful to work with if you have any issues at all. Highly recommended!

What a charming and comfortable cottage! This family home is centrally located within walking distance of the Eagle Harbor Inn and lighthouse. It’s quiet and has a lovely view of the harbor. Plus grab a bike and go peddling! The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and Rodney is a wonderful and warm communicator.

The house was very cute and had everything we needed to enjoy the UP. We especially liked being close to all of our adventures, and using the cozy fireplace upon our return in the evenings. We did have a problem with the septic, and Rodney was quick to get things fixed as soon as he was able. However, due to the timing of our trip (Friday to Tuesday), it was the low point of our stay.

This cabin was fantastic for our long weekend in the UP. Centrally located to Mt Bohemia and xc skiing trails. The cabin itself was super clean and cozy making it the perfect getaway!

The Beautiful Keweenaw!

Had a wonderful stay - the location is great, the neighborhood was very quiet and the cottage was perfect for our needs. We would love to stay here again someday!

A wonderful place vacation. It's clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Upper Peninsula is so beautiful and this cottage blends right into the surroundings, with all the comforts of home. Only thing you won't find is a television, but I find that to be a blessing. I've rent here several times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Rodney Westlake and his "House on the Hill!"

Great Cottage in a Small Town

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is conveniently located. There were great eateries nearby and plenty of hiking. The friendly chipmunks made the trip all the more magical!

Wonderful property! Perfect location.

Wonderful property in a great location. Everything is within walking distance, dining, the beach, a lighthouse, hiking. The owners have made this a very user friendly cottage and we are planning our return.

Excellent Getaway!

Perfect! We highly recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the Copper Harbor area. It's quiet and beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here the next time we visit the area.

Winter Getaway Overlooking the Harbor

Clean, quaint cabin overlooking eagle harbor. Nice quiet getaway and close to skiing (~25 min to Mt Bohemia). Perfect place to watch the sunset nearby.

Just another day in paradise!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We live in a very rural area and were very pleased with the quite low key atmosphere of the town. Drove to Eagle River and Copper Harbor but the overlook just west of town was a favorite for sunsets!
