A Spacious Home for a Large Family Gathering!Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we really appreciated how close the property was to the beach — just a short drive away. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for kids to play and the adults to relax after a day out. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing time celebrating family! My daughter announced that our family will be growing with a new babe due in Feb 2026! Loved the fact that there were 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms! With a large family, this was truly a must have! Lol

Nicely kept spacious townhouse. Included amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. Welcomed proximity to the beach making the transit back and forth very convenient. Host was very respectful, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Excellent place for larger groups.

Nice stay for the price

It was our end of the school year trip for 13 teachers and we had a great time! Everyone had a bed to sleep in! 4 full bathrooms. Great communication with the owner. Close to the beach! Few minor maintenance things but nothing that needed assistance while we were there! Pool was nice too!

I really enjoyed this house, ELAINE was an amazing host, she was very prompt to get back to my messages. She answered clearly and was very polite. You can definitely tell that she goes above and beyond to make her tenant feel at home. The house was big for all 14 of us. It was always cold in there. I know it’s some recent houses that we stayed at the air condition would break all the time but the beds were comfortable overall it was a 5 thank you Elaine. Keep doing what you’re doing. Can’t wait to see you again next year.

The layout of the house is great and the location is perfect. It is close to everything you might want to do. The owner is super nice to work with as well.

Lots of space, great pool

2nd stay this summer here, we all love it! Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient backyard area. Highly recommend!!

Alverez memorial trip

Very pleasant stay nice quiet area and plenty of living room space for all the family to be together and remember our past loved one. Kids loved the arcade and double bunk beds in rooms! Really just what we needed.

Christmas Experience

We came into Corpus Christi for our annual Christmas experience. Party of 11. The house was amazing and very roomy for all of us to spread out. We enjoyed the location. Elaine is fantastic and I loved the open communication with her. If we venture back to Corpus, we will be booking with her!

Wonderful Family Property

Our family of 9 adults and 6 children fit comfortably in this well decorated, well stocked property. This home was conveniently located to enjoy fishing at PINS and Packery Channel. Working with Elaine through booking, payment, check in and check out was a delightful experience! Her customer service made an impression on our family!

Family beach trip

This property was perfect for what we needed. It had plenty of beds and plenty of space for about 18 people in our group. It was very close to the beach. It was also about equal distance between Port Aransas, and the aquarium and Lexington in Corpus Christi. The salt water pool that is available to this property was very relaxing, had restroom facilities, and was really clean as well as providing a nice shallow pool for smaller children I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was great, answers questions really quickly, and is available for whatever is needed.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST

Contacted the woman with the place and had the easiest check in, walked in the place was super clean and so roomy. Can tell they took time cleaning and making the place fresh. Had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The kitchen is just wonderful, even had a pacman machine in the place! So much space and great for enjoying time with family and friends. Super close to the beach and great spots for food and fun. Absolutely enjoyed our visit. Made us feel like we were at home and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great experience. CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE!

I have to say I've never dealt with anyone we've rented from like Mrs. Elaine, she and Richard were on top things. She answered me right away when I txtd her and I love that. This rental was so clean and decorated very cute. It was definitely big enough for my family. I love this place and will definitely be back. Great Stay

I like to bring my family together every year to the coast to spent time with one another and reconnect. I've been renting house and condos for years mostly in Port A. This time I decided to rent in Padre Island..I'm glad I did. This rental is definetly the best we've stayed in. Beautiful house! Felt like home...Convenient location...minutes away from the beach and grocery store...Accomodated my family of 16 comfortably..Kitchen well equpiped...4 bathrooms was a big plus for our large group ...Pool area had picnic tables with grills...Pacman game located in the livingroom was a big hit with my adult children! Elaine was a great host...she was a phone call away...Highly recommend...will definitely rent again.

Accommodating Home TEN OUT OF TEN

This house is accurately pictured and described. Easily and comfortably contains large groups. The decor is beachy-fabulous and it’s a short drive to any of the island beaches. FOUR bathrooms! That should speak volumes, no one had to wait ever in line☺️ Owner is wonderful and accessible. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The miniature backyard is perfect for watching the night stars or grilling steaks. Nothing but great things to say about this rental, but if I had to choose one word to sum it up it is definitely ACCOMMODATING! Made our special get together a breeze and painless.

Lots of space but needs cleaning

The house was a really nice size. A lot of rooms and bathrooms. Great pool area that was perfect for little ones too and not super busy. The cleaning, however, was not good. Windows, fans, baseboards extremely dirty. The carpet on the stairs needed to be vacuumed. There were cookies and food left under the table, on the couch, by the Pacman game. There were cigarette butts and trash under upstairs king bedroom. However, the toilets and bathrooms were cleaned well, along with linens.

Location was perfect to the beach and restaurants, pool was nice. The day we got there the ac wasn’t working it was 81 degrees in there and the host was trying her best to get someone out there that night but it didn’t get fixed until the following morning, because of this the host offered us an extra night or late checkout. But it would’ve been nice if before we got there everything was properly checked and they would’ve noticed it wasn’t running. Also, it needs a major deep cleen, I was pretty disgusted with the cleanliness. Floors were not swept and mopped, baseboards need wiped bad! The broom that I tried to use was covered in hair and needs thrown away. The vacuum was also full and covered in hair and needs thrown away. It was hard to cook there, no baking sheets, no spices at all, only 1 trash bag and 1 dish pod for the whole week! Other rentals I’ve stayed in had spices and oil and at least a handful of trash bags and a couple rolls of paper towels and a small thing of detergent and things like that complimentary but there was nothing here and had to go buy everything. Pictures kept falling off the walls because they were poorly hung, we never could get the internet connected to the tvs to put on streaming services and the host didn’t know how when we asked so no tv sucked. Also mold and mildew but I guess that’s understandable for being by the beach. The master shower is cracked and taped at the bottom, the upstairs toilets kept breaking. Needs a lot of work.
