Newly refurbished and redecorated throughout. This 3rd floor apartment offers modern facilities with magnificent views of the River Dart.
This apartment has its own balcony which is accessible from the living/dining room and main bedroom. Based here you are within short walking distance of the many pubs, restaurants, shops and activities this lovely town has to offer.

This apartment has:

PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL. Parking space is located in Victoria Rd approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Pets are allowed. There is an additional charge of £50 per pet per week. Pet rules. We accept well behaved pets ( sorry-no puppies under 12 months old and subject to a maximum of 2 per property). We kindly ask that:
- you do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture
- you do not leave your pet(s) unattended
- you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet
- you clean up after your pet.
