A wonderful first floor apartment that comfortably accommodates 5 guests, set in a picturesque fishing village on the Moray Firth.. All on the First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Garden with patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. The Red Kite is located in the beautiful fishing village of Avoch with a small selection of shops and amenities. It offers guests a good level of comfortable living and just a short stroll to the seafront.
The nearby village of Fortrose has more local shops whilst just 3 miles away is the stunning beach at Rosemarkie. This first floor apartment comprises of a living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and two en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a communal garden, patio area and a BBQ area. Beach 3 miles. Shop and takeaways 200 yards.
