The Neighborhood: Thistle St is a sought after street and with that comes a lovely neighbourhood. It is surrounded by restaurants and typical Edinburgh shops.
The neighbourhood is very friendly with a large range of restaurants, cafes, and offices nearby. There aren't many flats on Thistle compared to the rest of Edinburgh.
Getting Around: You have many different ways of getting around but for where this property is, by foot is definitely the best.
Other options you have are the world-class bus service, you will need to download the app if you have a smartphone. If this is not the case, we would have timetables in the property.

We request a £200 security deposit at check-in, which will be returned after your stay. We also require all our guests to sign our in-house Terms & Conditions and to submit a copy of your ID, after you have booked with us.
Interaction with Guests: Myself- I will be available more or less all the time. Ideally between the hours of 9:30am and 6:30pm for any requests and emergency at anytime.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and well kept. The location was in the heart of Edinburgh city and most of the attractions are within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and hassle free and communication was clear and informative. I would definitely book again if I am in th le area again.
This is a great place to stay in a great city.
First, the hosts were excellent. Communications were always prompt, with clear information provided on everything concerning the rental. In addition, the hosts were extremely — forgive the pun — accommodating when it came to issues or questions that we had.
Second, the location of the flat is peerless. In the heart of New Town, just about everything in Edinburgh is a short walk away: the Castle, the Royal Mile, Princes Street Gardens, Calton Hill, Arthur’s Seat, the Royal Botanic Garden, and Dean Village.
In addition, there are scores of great restaurants with a five-minute walk of the flat, as well as a Sainsbury’s (a grocery store), pharmacies, and excellent wine and liquor stores.
The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it took no time for us to feel at home. The bar beneath the flat was not a problem. It closes at 11 p.m. and, even then, the sound was barely noticeable in the flat’s bedrooms at any time during the evening.
Would we recommend this flat and happily stay there again? Absolutely!
