Islander Condo # 106 es una unidad plateada de East View que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Esta unidad es perfecta si desea estar cerca de la piscina y no quiere luchar contra las escaleras o el elevador. Está a 50 pies de la piscina y el patio da un paso hacia el césped. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o su elección de dos piscinas.

Room 106

The Islander is an amazing place to stay, however our room was very out dated. The stove was poor and uneven to cook on, the cabinets had. It been fixed due to the flood, the outlet’s did not hold anything plugged into them in the main bathroom. The toilet roll holder still had rust on it from the flood. The location is great and easy access, but the condo itself needs attention. I’ve been coming to The Islander off and on for many, many years and loved it. I did re-book for next year, but not in this room. I will never book this room again unless it’s updated and fixed. That’s too much money not to enjoy where your staying. The owners need to fix this room.

Very old not well stocked

I want to start by saying that the actual resort was great and the staff was all beyond awesome! The manager went absolutely above and beyond to fix the issues we walked into. We WILL stay here again, just NOT in this particular condo. So overall first impression was it smelled terrible and we couldn’t figure out what the smell was. I went and bought air freshener and we started unpacking. The kids went to the beach and I started dinner. While it was cooking I sat on the couch and figured out the smell! It was urine! Someone had peed all over the couch and chair! I went to the office where they offered to move us, but we were cooking and had just unpacked everything and they said they could have they furniture cleaned the next morning, so we stayed. In the meantime the manager did come take the couch cushions out which cut the smell down majorly. They came the next day and shampooed all the furniture and it was wet for another day. We were compensated for having nowhere to sit for the 2 days. As I said, the staff was wonderful. But that wasn’t our only problem with this condo. It is extremely outdated. Very old appliances. The dishwasher is missing a wheel, so rolling it in and out was a nightmare, the drain in the master bathroom sink doesn’t stay up, we had to prop it up with a plastic fork so it would drain. The bed sheets on both the twin beds had stains on them and one had grass in it, gross. The kitchen is far from adequately stocked. There are very few cooking utensils and the ones they have are very old, including a few rusty metal ones! They didn’t have even one large bowl even though it’s advertised for 6 people. You cannot cook enough food for 6 people unless you bring your own dishes. There were zero sharp knives, they wouldn’t cut tomatoes . (Andrea the manager did get me a big bowl, some sharp knives and a broom, which the condo also was lacking!) inside the trash can had half an inch of grossness leaked in it. There were so many things that were not good about this particular condo. But again, the property and the staff were AWESOME, so we will be back, but renting a better unit next time!

Our condo was not the cleanest as far as there was some dirt and dust in the corners, by the appliances and toilets. The main areas were decently cleaned. Laundry room could have more washers and dryers. Some were not working well and could also use an upgrade. A change machine in there would also be helpful. Overall a fun experience!
