Perfect for small family or couples for a weeks vacation.

Upon checking in we noticed the floor wasnt swept and very sandy. but other than that the place was very clean . It was newly renovated kitchen had brand new appliances. Everything you could possibly need. You can tell the unit was very old. They do need to rip out old carpet in bed rooms they looked dirty and stained. but other than that everything else was great. The views were spectacular. We would love to stay again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just what we were looking for! We had a issue with the dishwasher not working and they were on it! We did have a issue with black getting on the knees of my grandson when he crawled. We cleaned the floors but I think it was coming from the rug. Oh well, we still had a great time and will be back!

Destin vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view and the condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable which you don't always get in VRBO's. Pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed the umbrella seating on the beach. You do need to bring all food items as there is not even salt and pepper. Bring your own beach towels if they say there are some, I did not see any. We would definitely go back here! Best part of our trip was a pontoon ride on Crab Island Dolphin Tours, we only had time to book a two hour ride but Captain Josh made it a great experience and next time we will do a full day. Super great guy and full of knowledge on Destin.
