Aloha y Bienvenido a Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A11 en el soleado sur de Maui. El condominio A11 tiene una cocina remodelada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes nuevos, muebles de sala nuevos y aire acondicionado Mitsubishi nuevo en la sala de estar principal.

Kihei Sands Condominium se encuentra directamente en una de las mejores playas de Maui, Sugar Beach. Desde nuestra piscina frente al mar y área de patio de barbacoa, prácticamente puede tocar la playa: limpia, arenosa, despoblada y que se extiende por millas en cualquier dirección. ¿A qué distancia está de la playa? ¡Literalmente alrededor de 6 pies! Nuestras áreas de patio y césped son idílicas. Disfrute cada mañana con café recién hecho y cada noche mirando un espectacular atardecer mientras prepara la cena a la parrilla y bebe una bebida.
Kihei Sands es un lugar especial lleno del espíritu Aloha. Nuestro diseño íntimo proporciona el lugar perfecto para reuniones, escapadas grupales, recién casados, personas mayores, familias, parejas y amigos. Con 23 unidades para elegir, es fácil encontrar el ajuste perfecto para todos en su grupo, desde el número de habitaciones (1, 2 y 3) hasta las configuraciones de cama.

Our Honeymoon

We recently married later in life after 13 years losing our spouses. We chose Hawaii as our destination and spent 3 weeks on Oahu and Maui. We loved Kiehi Sands condo right on the beach. Our location provides a beautiful view of Sugar Beach and we're glad that we could share it's beauty with you. Each condo is pre-stocked with the essential necessities, our lovely staff of 3 are working hard in maintaining the beauty of our property and providing assistance to both guest on property and those on the way with their fullest capacity. As we don't have on site cleaners that provide us with daily fresh towels, having laundry rooms is the best option to combat this. We appreciate your understanding!

Mere steps to a secluded sandy beach and ocean swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, etc. Close jaunt to/from the airport and local shopping and restaurants. Owners and guests mingle over coffee in the morning and in the swimming pool in the afternoon. Condo is fully furnished and on-site staff is always available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was a 1 bed/ 1 bath with a pullout. It was a very cute little place. We did have 4 people in ours, 2 adults and 2, 16 year old girls. It was a little cramped but we made it work fine. The location was perfect! Waking up everyday to have coffee on the beach was just what we needed. The area is safe enough that we felt comfortable letting our teenage daughters go off and explore on their own. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to make our stay feel like we were still at home.

Sugar Ants everywhere

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need to call Terminix to do a monthly ant control spray around exterior of the buildings. I do my home quarterly and it works great. They were crawling on us.
