We welcome you to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A11 in sunny South Maui! Find out for yourself why our guests come back year after year for DECADES - life is just better at the beach!

Our completely remodeled Condo A11 boasts all new living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, bedroom furniture & window coverings. Our Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. Ceiling fans provide air movement as well. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring the island or relaxing on our unbeatable sandy beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home.

The bathroom features a glass wall, walk-in shower & grab bar. We'll have three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Your favorite hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you. Hairdryer provided.

You'll have quiet, tranquil nights sleeping on our new KING mattress & quality sheets. Room darkening window coverings ensure you'll be able to sleep in if needed.

Need to unwind? You'll love the ocean view from your private lanai after you've spent the day in the sun.

From our OCEANFRONT PATIO you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated & stretching for miles in either direction. You'll find plenty of shade under lawn & table umbrellas - perfect for reading that book from our library.

Start each morning with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am daily). Follow up with a RELAXING beachfront walk, then try stand-up paddle boarding in the serene waters of our incredible bay! Staff can advise where to find rentals.

Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA, beach cooler & beach towels await you in the closet, ready for days spent at Maui's incredible beaches. Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas just steps from the beach.

Our oceanfront patio with two BBQ grills is where you'll spend evenings while gathering with family & friends. You'll see BEAUTIFUL sunsets while grilling dinner & sipping tropical adult beverages.

Safeway, Target, Walmart & Costco (as well as local shops) are located less than 8 miles away. A 5-min walk down the beach you’ll find a Fresh Produce Market featuring locally grown produce & flowers; ABC Store for those forgotten grocery items; Sugar Beach Bakery, known for it's fresh-baked malasadas, coffee & bakery items; & Ululani's Shave Ice.

An abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale are nearby in South Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, perfect for getting your first tropical drink & meal after the long flight.

One of the unparalleled advantages to our property is access to whale watching from the beautifully maintained grounds of the beachfront patio. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui. They delight our guests with spectacular shows before beginning their journey back in mid-March.
