Family house of 90 square meters with beautiful views located in Monte Nai (inside Costa Rei), garden, outdoor lighting and parking; consisting of: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom (with shower), two bathrooms (WC + laundry) and loggia overlooking the sea.
The villa is just 900 meters from the sea is finished in all its details, modern and functional to spend holidays in total relaxation and comfort.
Accessories: fridge freezer, hob (3 gas, 1 electric fire), electric oven, mosquito nets, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, washing machine, satellite TV (SKY), drying rack, electric water heater, dryer (dryer), iron and ironing board, outdoor shower in masonry, deck furniture, water supply, built-in barbecue with sink, umbrella for the beach.
Costa Rei, located in the south-east of Sardinia, is a paradise of crystal clear water and white sand beaches. The area is characterized by lush Mediterranean vegetation, large expanses of sandy beaches and small coves. Der Ausblick war einfach fantastisch, die Diestanz zum Ort und den Stränden mit dem Auto optimal. Internet hat super funktioniert.Für den Garten hätten wir uns vielleicht noch 2 Liegen oder Liegestühle gewünscht. Das einzige negative, wenn überhaupt ist die Hellhörigkeit zum Nachbar(doppel)haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es sich ergibt. Vielen Danke an Michi und Federico

Situata in posizione strategica sul monte Nai e pertanto vicina alle più belle spiagge di Costa Rei. Tre camere grandi matrimoniali, un grande spazio living, tutti condizionati, un bagno interno completo ed una fantastica doccia esterna. Lo spazio esterno è grande con un porticato dove abbiamo sempre cenato anche a lume di candela! Casa dotata di ogni confort. Giardino ampio con vista sul mare di Piscina Rei. Vialetto di accesso dove abbiamo sempre parcheggiato le nostre 2 auto. Che dire...With compliments!!!

Gelegen op een plek met prachtig uitzicht en daardoor ook erg rustig. Drie ruime slaapkamers (de matrassen erg hard!). De keuken zou iets meer kunnen hebben om goed te kunnen koken. De tuin is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne communicatie met de eigenaar.

Grosse Wohnung mit sensationell, schönem Blick auf Umgebung und Meer

Die Wohnung ist gross und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Von Veranda und dem grossen Sitzplatz (praktischer Kunstrasen) hat man einen sensationell schönen, total unverbauten Blick auf die ausnehmend schöne Landschaft der Costa Rei und das Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Che vista!!!

Un bell'appartamento curato e in invidiabile posizione, con splendida vista sul mare a nord est, su cui sorge il sole! e se non siete mattinieri, a luglio dal giardinetto si vede anche il tramonto sulle alture a nord ovest. La posizione è favolosa, tranquillissima e a pochi minuti dalle spiagge, il mare infatti è in linea d'aria ad un solo chilometro. L'altezza sul mare fa sì che la casa sia spesso ventilata da una piacevole brezza, anche in giornate non ventose. Federico è un ospite molto gentile e attento, si è dimostrato cortesissimo in ogni evenienza fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Grazie!

ein wirklich schönes Haus, sehr komfortabel !!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, und die Innenausstattung ist wirklich perfekt. An den Fenstern gibt es neben den üblichen Klappläden sogar fest installierte Mückenrollos. Insbesondere die Waschmaschine hat sich außerdem während unsers Urlaubs als sehr praktisch erwiesen. Der Blick auf die Costa Rei ist unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Um zum Strand zu kommen benötigt man allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, da wir ohnehin nicht immer an den selben Strand gehen war dies für uns allerdings kein Problem. Der Vermieter Federico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ich kann das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.

Vacanze a Costa REI

La posizione della casa è favolosa. Pensiamo che il panorama sia uno dei migliori che si possa desiderare. la zona del Monte Nai è una zona che durante la notte resta fresca, a volte ventilata. Il servizio fornito è stato buono e consigliamo a tutti il soggiorno. Da verificare se la Alta qualità si mantiene anche durante i due mesi di Luglio ed Agosto.

wunderschöne Villa, einfach zum Wohlfühlen !

Wir haben im Oktober unseren Urlaub in dieser Villa gemacht. Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen, man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den glasklaren blauen Strand. Der Ort in der die Villa gelegen ist, sowie die Strände sind wunderschön.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in mitten der Natur, einfach traumhaft! Das einzige was man hört sind die Glocken der Kühe und das Rauschen des Meeres. Autolärm oder ähnliches gibt es dort nicht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden! Wir fanden alles sehr sauber vor. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl . Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, sehr netter Empfang. Alles in allem kann man die Villa einfach nur empfehlen!
