Large, bright, and sunny 3-bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Arno, San Niccolò area and the Oltrarno hills. The apartment is located in a privileged position, next to the National Library and a stone’s throw from S. Croce, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizzi, and is the ideal location for those who want an authentic Florence experience and desire to delve into the heart of the city on foot.

The house is located on the 3rd floor with a lift and consists of: large living room and dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 complete bathrooms with shower and large terrace with table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy it at all hours of the day.

Facilities

Free WIFI internet, sheets and towels, washer, dishwasher, bathrooms with shower, terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, hairdryer, coffee pot, a toaster, an iron and ironing board.

Self-check-in

Spacious, comfortable and centrally located, the apartment was an excellent base for our 5 day stay in Florence. The roof terrace was comfortable and offered a great view of the Arno and the city. The kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, oil and some herbs and spices. The staff were very responsive and offered a very smooth check-in process.

Perfect Spot

This apartment was fantastic and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was on the edge of everything, which allowed us to be a very short walk from anything we wanted to do and it wasn’t in the heart of everything, which would have been very noisy at night. The rooftop terrace was nice, although we didn’t get to use it as much as we had hoped because it was so hot during our stay. But the air conditioning was strong throughout the apartment, which was a welcome respite from the heat. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Florence.

Beautiful City Apartment on the Arno River

This property was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean.Although in the top floor, there was a small elevator to take luggage and 2 people to thetpp.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence!

We stayed here for 3 nights and truly enjoyed this spacious and accessible apartment. The terrace is especially nice, it is close to everything you could want in Florence, including the museums, shopping, restaurants, tours, and gelato. We appreciated the washer and 2 bathrooms for 5 adults. Very clean and nice areas to relax inside and outside. It’s on a corner near the river, which made for comfortable walks in the evenings/night. It could be pretty noisy due to the location, but since we walked everywhere it was a good trade off. Thank you!

Amazing location but unresponsive hosts

The location and view from the apartment is truly excellent. Close enough to all the major attractions but not so close that it’s noisy or overcrowded. The decor is very old school (which matched the building and environment) but important updates (kitchen, bathrooms, A/C) have been made. The roof deck has amazing views and was perfect for watching sunsets over the Arno river. Our major problem with this rental was that the hosts were unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. The only was to get them to respond was to go through VRBO. The other major problem was the internet, which they never fixed so we were without working wi-fi during our whole stay.

Florence is simply amazing!

The stay in Florence was great in everyway, and the apartment was perfect for the needs of our group of 4 adults. The best part was the top terrace over-looking the river, we sat out there every evening and enjoyed the views.
