House in the Center of Florence!

Our property is a traditional three-level building in the heart of Florence, at most 15 minutes from all the main attractions of the city. It has a private entrance and is just 20 meters from the famous Piazza Santa Croce, one of the most beautiful squares in the city.

The accommodation has three double bedrooms and a comfortable attic. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and welcome kit (towels,soap,shampoo,shower cap, hairdryer), air conditioning, heating, TV with Netflix, and offers free WiFi in all areas.

The entire property is exclusively yours, you can enjoy a flowered terrace where you can have meals or an aperitif, or you can relax in the living room reading a guide from our extensive collection.

The kitchen is full well equipped: enough dishes and pots, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Particular details make our house exclusive to experience the atmosphere of the most authentic Florence.

In the surroundings of the property you will find a wide choice of typical trattorias, street food, ice cream shops, craft shops, supermarkets, laundries, car rental, and much more.

Highlights:
- The house is in a restricted traffic area: you can enter by car only in the opening hours or if you park in a private garage.
- The rate doesn't include neither daily cleaning of the rooms nor breakfast (both breakfast at our partner bar-pastry shop and cleaning services are available for an additional charge upon request)
- The Tourist Tax is already included in the total amount (6€ per night per person)
- There is no elevator in the property
- Smoking is not allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- AC from May 1st to Oct 15th - Heating from Oct 16th to April 3rd (dates could change depending on local rules)

What an amazing rental and good location in the city. Cristy was very attentive and the rental includes alot of extras and a bottle of wine. The AC worked great, really liked the automatic lights and the 3 bathrooms. Highly recommend this place. Very warm and inviting for me and my family. thanks for a great stay in Florence.

Beautiful location

We are a group of 7 (30s-60s) and had an amazing time. The location is in the middle of everything you would want to be near. The house was amazing with lots of space to enjoy dinner and chat about the day. There was so many things to do within walking distance and the Piazza Santa Croce being at the end of the street made for lots of fun and amazing food adventures

Great for families in the heart of Florence

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The location of this property is perfect- walking distance to all the museums, restaurants and even a fabulous caffe for our morning coffee and pastry. Walked to the market for the freshest produce! Cristy met us upon arrival- property well stocked which made our stay for 7 adults very comfortable. Grazie!

Santa Croce Charm

We loved our house ans our host Christy. The unit was prepared for us when we arrived and had ample supplies. The beds were comfortable and the location is close and walkable toall the points of interest. Never ran out od supplies and best of all, always had hot water for our showere. We would highly recommend this unit for your vacation.

Lovely Florence Stay

The location was great! We didn't take a cab anywhere (although 1 or 2 of the places we went it was a little bit far). Enough room for 7 people to have their own space and eat meals together. Well stocked. Clean. The air conditioning works great! Lovely host with easy communication. I highly recommend this apartment for large families/groups.

Adorable & Convenient in Florence

Our family stayed here for three days and it was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us all to have our own space. The best part was Cristi who met us, showed us everything, and gave great advice on where to go and what to do, she really made us feel welcome and cared for. We loved the neighborhood of Santa Croce and even enjoyed the sounds of a rugby tournament in the square down the street. It is also a great value for what you get! I enjoyed being in a traditional Italian home on our trip through Italy!

Christy was very attentive to our needs! We had a sick kiddo and she arranged for a doctor to come to the house. The next day, she messaged us to see how he was feeling. The house was great and Christy and her team made it homie with cute little extras all around. It was truly wonderful and in a perfect location of some great restaurants.

Our family of 8 fit comfortably between the 4 bedrooms spread throughout 3 separate floors, each bedroom with its own bathroom. We enjoyed the covered patio room to have a glass of wine together before or after dinner. The home was well stocked with extra supplies, coffee/tea, umbrellas, full kitchen utensils and appliances, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers, and very clean. Location was central and convenient for walking just about everywhere, 25 minutes to the train and bus station, less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, around the corner from a vendor market, about 10 minutes to the Duomo, many restaurants and shops very close by. Our host Cristy was great, communicated well and left many recommendations and directions on how to get around the city and to other towns, she is a very thorough and helpful host!

Exceptional location in a tidy space for adult group of friends

Convenient welcome and early access to store luggage. Great, fresh air from patio doors made a perfect spot to visit over a glass of wine or coffee after 4 couples explored Florence from this convenient location just off the Piazza di Santa Croce. Restaurants, markets and busy with students socializing into the evening hours on the weekend, easy taxi access on the corner. Space was very clean, with great bedding and towels. We really didn't use kitchen, but it looked well-equiped. Little glitch with water service, but we were only there to sleep, so little disruption to us. Great Stay

This VRBO location clearly used to be a B&B which means that every room had its own bathroom and the kitchen was in top shape for serving. The unit was all new which was refreshing. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms well equipped, new and clean. The unit was well equipped with soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee, and even milk for the coffee (great). Thanks for the ice cube tray in the freezer as it was nice to make some ice for our water bottles during the hot summer days. Surprisingly some units we stayed at in other cities did not even provide that, so this was appreciated here. The A/C worked great once we figured out the controls, something especially needed with the extreme heat wave occurring. Due to the heat we didn't use the porch meaning we didn't have much room for all of us to hang out together. But with all the things to see in Florence we were tired by the time we got back to the place and many went to bed. The location was great as it was quiet yet close to many of the sights to see. Lots of steps, but not a problem for our crew in their 20s. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful apartment in perfect location.

After hiking the Via Francesco for three weeks and sharing dorms, four pellegrine appreciated having a four bedroom/four bathroom house, which had all the luxuries one could ask for. We enjoyed the kitchen and cozy dining room, where we shared our home cooked meals. Maria Cristina greeted us when we arrived, showed us our temporary home and gave us many tips about exploring Florence. We also found plenty of maps and helpful guide books around the house. Our host was also helpful with organizing a 4:00 am taxi to the airport, making sure that we wouldn’t forget about the time changes on that day. Our neighbourhood also charmed us. It was close to all acclaimed Florence sightseeing places yet far away enough to have quiet evenings. Santa Croce has plenty of must-see destinations, pretty piazzas, good restaurants and a fabulous gelateria right around the corner. We would definitely rent this property again.
