It was an easy walk to the beach! The house was spacious and clean. House fully equipped with kitchen ware, bedding, and towels. We saw many dolphins and even a shark at the beach! Fun times!

This was the perfect townhome for a girls weekend! Two moms, two daughters (ages 75, 73, 45, 43). The living room was a great hangout space and less than two blocks to the beach, you can’t beat it! The beds were comfy and the unit was stocked with anything you needed. Super quiet too! Less an 10 minutes to downtown Fernandina and there was a Publix probably 3-5 min away! Would definitely rent again for a girls weekend, or longer stay! Andrea was extremely quick to respond to any messages. Her and her husband were very helpful! Check in process was extremely smooth. Can’t beat this rental!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout the process, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient. Best of all, there were no surprises—the property was exactly as described. We'd happily stay here again!

The property was just as pictured on VRBO. The walk to the beach was short. We had a great stay. The owners are so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The kitchen had so much. I cook a lot and I really enjoyed that.

Everything was clean and well maintained! We loved the location. It was great being so close to the beach but also so quiet. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts! Would highly recommend!
