This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Fernandina Shores villa is completely renovated with high end finishes and unparalleled throughout the entire complex. Such a lovely luxury setting and the perfect place to wind down or entertain the family after enjoying a long day on the beach. No more than 200 yards away is Amelia Islands pristine coastline. This villa is located on the end of the complex, closest to the beach with full wrap around windows to allow in lots of natural light. This spacious living area boasts two cozy chaise lounge sofas, a high-top table for two, extra tabletop seating for 3 behind the sofa, oversized ceiling fan and a large flat screen TV. The synergy of this villa's prime location, beautiful crisp white walls, grey wood like tile and beautiful coastal decor all accelerate this property to a class of its own!

Down a short hallway into the dining area you will find a grand dining table with seating for 8. Just across the dining area lies the fully updated kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Additional bar seating for 2 is available just outside of the kitchen area. Just off the kitchen and dining room you will find the quant back porch, perfect for an afternoon drink or dinner outside with seating for 4.

A full bath is located in between the living and kitchen area. Fully updated with a shower/tub combination, coastal grey cabinetry, and countertops as well as a washer and dryer.

Heading upstairs to the second floor you will find the master bedroom on the left complete with a king size bed, beautiful cream bedding and throw pillows. At the end of the bed lies a cream button tufted bed bench and a beautiful high back royal blue velvet chair. Beautiful French doors overlooking the coastal picturesque scenery lead out to the additional master balcony. The fully updated on-suite bath offers a shower/tub combination with coastal white and grey touches.

Just across the hall lies the charming guest room with two full beds decorated with coral bedding, a mounted flat screen television and finished with lots of coastal touches. Wall to wall windows allow in lots of natural light! Right next door you will find the second guest bedroom complete with two twin beds and a flat screen tv. A shared bathroom for the guest rooms offers a fully updated shower/tub combination, coastal grey cabinetry and granite countertops.

In addition to the wonderful townhomes, Fernandina Shores offers numerous amenities. A large pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse are all located within this immaculately kept community. The beach is just a short stroll from these magnificent properties. A 2-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge. Fort Clinch and Historic/Downtown Fernandina are also just a short drive away.

We loved this property and the location. Fernandina Beach is something special, and this townhouse is the perfect place to explore from. We walked along the beach to the state park and enjoyed the very short drive to downtown. The place is spacious and well decorated - we could have easily stayed comfortably for weeks.

The Condo was great, clean amd roomy. Great location. There was 6 adults and we had plently of room. Couldn't ask for better communication regarding condo. Always kept you informed. Out the backdoor was the pool and tennis courts. Good neighborhood. Loved the location of the condo for the restaurants and shops, just a short drive and a very short walk to beach. Be sure to check out the book at the condo it gave good suggestions for things to do, places to eat and places to rent things from. Thanks again. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful location to explore Fernandina Beach for the first time!

Our check-in was seamless. Contact with staff was very attentive and much appreciated. Location was perfect for our family. We found the condo to be top notch. Very clean, providing everything we needed in a very attractive environment.

Great Place in a Great Location

Had an amazing time over spring break unwinding with the family. This particular unit was the closest we've had to the beach access yet. Such an amazing place with an updated feel. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Accommodation

What an amazing stay we had at this accommodation! We were impressed with the cleanliness, thoughtful "touches", decor and proximity to the beach. The condo was so clean and the host provided little touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Our Granddaughter loved the little activities that the hosts left, including the books, toys and beach toys. The decor was lovely and it was obvious that the host had put thought and care into every room. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great condo walking distance to the beach!

This condo was great for a bigger group of people. 7 of us stayed for a girls weekend and the downstairs area was perfect and so cozy for our weekend! The only discrepancy was one of the rooms upstairs stated that it was 2 queen beds when it was two full sized beds, a little trickier for sharing the beds. Location was great though. Walking distance to the beach and an easy drive right into downtown Fernandina! The condo pool was a great plus as well.

Golf weekend

Everything was really clean and well cared for. It was a really nice place and we enjoyed it. The only glitch was the modem went out on Sunday as we were watching football and they weren't able to address it until the next day. I would definitely rent it again.

Breast cancer walk called Pledge the Pink

There were six of us that stayed at the house. We all LOVED it for so many reasons. Walking distance to the beach, decor in the house, beds comfy, living room for all of us to sit comfortably. Lots of communication with the agent with detail information of the home. Highly recommend

Happy Weekenders

This property was clean and tidy upon arrival. There was plenty of seating - both in the den and the kitchen for all of us to hang out comfortably. We had no problems with anything during the stay. Everything worked and we didn't have to contact anyone; however, I should have asked where the outdoor trashcans were located. We loved the downstairs bathroom - and extra shower was great for our group!

Great ladies trip!

Wonderful location and condo! So clean, comfortable and has been nicely remodeled. Loved renting a golf cart from RoadShark to explore the area. Drive to the beach (3rd St. access was having restoration work done on the beach. Teresa and Scott are amazing to work with for the rental. Historic District shopping and restaurants are amazing! We would definitely come back to Fernandina Beach and to the same condo!!!! A few things for the owner that we thought would enhance the condo: Blankets needed on twin beds. More bed pillows in all rooms. Throw blankets for den. Provide a couple Laundry baskets. Remove items sitting on sofa tables - Too many decorations sitting around which impedes on placing personal items. Need power strip in twin room behind blue cabinet and house keeping needs to clean behind it. Need nonslip surface put in hall bath tub. Need mini table on balcony to sit drinks, etc. on - that would be amazing. Recommend renting!

Beautiful with a great floor plan

It had obviously been updated and looked brand new. Loved the living space and all the bedrooms were a good size. It was very close to the beach and tranquil.

Sisterly Getaway

We loved the decor and our stay was very nice, the location was awesome, walking distance to the beach and minutes from downtown

Family wedding

Beautiful condo, extremely clean & well kept. 2 very short blocks to the beach, very quiet area.great for a peaceful getaway.

Beach entrance visible from parking lot

Extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained townhouse. We actually rented through Amelia Island Getaways and they were very kind and accommodating. I would rent through them again. Upon arriving ( after troubleshooting) my husband found the Internet wasn’t working. AIG sent someone out immediately and they had it up and running in no time. Later in the week the microwave stopped working and once again they quickly corrected the problem. Prior to arriving we were dealing with the possibility of my sweet son in law missing out on part of the vacation week and AIG cheerfully rewrote my contract (for the third time 😢) Because of their kindness our family was able to enjoy a full week at the beach together. I have already spoken with them regarding possibly renting from them next year if we can find a beach front house that will accommodate our growing family.❤️

Fernandina Beach Stay

Nicely decorated, clean, walking distance to beach, safe area. Was just what we needed for our stay. Would stay here again.
