We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. It was right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we return to Amelia Island!

This was a very nice, quiet, and private place to stay. Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the entire experience was very positive. We did not use the pool or tennis courts but they were a nice option. Thanks for a great stay!

I'm glad we found this property. It was everything we needed: clean, well-stocked and close to the beach. I loved the screened in porch and enjoyed sitting there for coffee, reading and conversation. Catherine was prompt in her communications and was a gracious host.
