Immerso nelle colline di West Austin su 2 ettari, troverete questa casa in stile ranch che si affollano con il fascino del Texas. All'arrivo, si noterà il bel percorso che porta alla veranda che ha un oscillare solo in attesa di sedersi con un amico e sorseggiare un po 'di tè del Texas, mentre prendendo la vista alpina e collina paese.

Confortevole per una festa di 8 anni, la casa offre 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni e un sacco di spazi rilassanti.

La piscina / spa ... beh, se ti piace la spiaggia e l'acqua, questo unisce entrambi! Offrendo una funzionalità a cascata e una zona spiaggia in piscina, sarà facile da allontanarsi da tutto, pur avendo tutto a Texas HideAway. C'è un pozzo del fuoco di pietra ideale per s'mores e prendere il tramonto, un sistema Wii e un sacco di spazio per vagare.

La casa è dotata di un sistema audio Sonos per godere di tutti i toni del Texas.

La piscina supplementare ospita la quarta camera da letto e bagno completo. Ha un grande spazio di vita con una TV a schermo piatto con suono surround per la notte di film!

La cucina esterna è bella per grigliare bistecche o hamburger e hotdog per i bambini.

Se i bambini hanno bisogno di una pausa dalla piscina, c'è un trampolino e una palla di tether nel cortile.

A pochi minuti da Barton Creek Country Club, One World Theatre e Lake Travis e il Lago Austin, questa casa privata è abbastanza vicina a tutto il divertimento pur essendo la fuga tranquilla che stai cercando!

Very comfortable

Beautiful home in a great setting. So nice sitting on the patios front or back. They even filled the bird feeders - great sunrise and sunsets and pool was very refreshing. Would definitely book again! Owners were terrific to deal with.

Great retreat for family and friends

Wonderful property located close enough to downtown Austin to easily access nightlife, but far enough away from downtown to offer peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. The views from the property are wonderful and the pool and spa so luxurious it was difficult to leave the property to explore the rest of Austin. We look forward to booking this property again the next time we're in Austin. Thank you!

Annual Reunion

This property was perfect for the 16th annual reunion with my three siblings and their spouses. We rotate each year from three states where we live and this property and Austin met our needs and wants. This host couple made their home feel like our home and we loved it!

Perfect stay for Longhorn game

This property was ideal for our group of 8 friends that were in town for the football game. Many living places to gather, including a nice hot tub and fire pit. It was also great because it felt like you were in a remote resort while being very close to downtown. A perfect home!

We absolutely loved this VRBO! It was beautifully decorated and they supplied everything one would need. It was up to my 5 star hotel standards. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Immaculate property

This house is absolutely amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were in town for a tennis tournament and to visit with family. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The house comes with starter kits of coffee (k-cups), toiletries, etc. The owner is attentive and welcoming. Would readily rent this property again.

Amazing home

We were looking forward to our stay and boy was this home amazing. We were in town for a wedding at Barton Creek and we were able to host a brunch for the bride and groom and other family members at this fabulous establishment. Our guest were so impressed and the home had everything we needed to make our guest feel comfortable. The host were available for all questions and even had the home ready for us a little earlier then normal check in time. I would highly recommend this home

Beautiful Home!

Gorgeous home lacking for nothing! RUN, don’t walk to this property! Serene, tranquil and beautiful, close to retail and grocery shopping with great restaurants nearby. The homeowners are great folks to deal with, if you have questions they get right back to you. We will be staying here in the future if they will have us! Thank you so much, our family enjoyed it!

Serene oasis perfect for relaxing, but not far from all the fun!

Stayed here with a group of 8 friends and had such a fabulous time. The lovely owners were super responsive to questions before and during our stay. The house itself has a incredibly relaxing front porch and beautiful back patio area with stunning pool and hot tub. The main house has 3 bedrooms and the attached pool house has another bedroom and little den area. The house is outside the heart of town but it is a quick easy drive to anywhere you want to go. We were incredibly comfortable staying here, and I would highly recommend.

Amazing

This was an amazing property to stay at. From before we arrived the owners were in touch with us, and they checked in on us via text while we were there just to make sure everything was ok. I really can't say how amazing our stay was. I wish that it were longer, rather than just a weekend but I'll take what i can get. The views at this house were amazing. The pool and hot tub were, you guessed it amazing,. The small details such as travel sizes items such as toothpaste, and shampoo were appreciated. The bottle of wine was a nice ending to our first night there. Overall an amazing place and we hope to visit again.

Fantastic!

The property was even more awesome than it seemed in the listing. Coley was communicative and allowed us to check in early. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, the pool is perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Amazing home with amazing host

Coley’s place checked all the boxes! In a weekend full of missteps, the best part of our trip was the house and Coley’s attention to details. The house fit 3 couples perfectly and was equipped with everything you could ask for.

Stunningly beautiful home with wonderful owners

If anything the photos don’t do this home justice. The kitchen/dining area is a huge, modern welcoming hub for a family gathering. The pool area, outdoor lounge space, sunset views and landscaping are all gorgeous. There were also nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine, toiletries, etc.. Very responsive owner.

Breathtaking home not far from Austin

Our stay here was amazing to say the least. The pictures do not give this home enough justice from the view while swimming in the pool, to the high ceilings and beautiful interior design of the home. Coley was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were doing well. Would highly recommend this home to friends and family. You definitely have me signed up as a recurring customer, thanks!

Great stay in private neighborhood

The photos do not do this place justice. The amenities and space to a house on the hill was amazing! Everything you need is there. The only down fall we had was with the jacuzzi not warming up but I believe this was working on getting resolved. Will definitely be back! It was a 15 min drive into downtown too

Absolutely amazing birthday trip!

First off the pictures posted do not do the actual home any justice! Amazing home and spectacular views. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. We never left the pool the entire trip and were completely okay with it!! We will DEFINITELY be renting this home again and again!

Gorgeous house!

The house was gorgeous and spacious for our group of 8. The house was clean and Coley was easy to communicate with. The house was conveniently located to downtown, shops & the lake. However, while we were there, we did not want to leave the beautiful pool and patio. This home has it all for your large groups! We will definitely be back.

Weekend Stay

Such a great stay!! Everything was so easy, from booking to checking in (not to mention, the house is BEAUTIFUL!!). We had more than enough room and the pool and house were both so clean and nice. The owners were also great, responsive, and accommodating! 5 star ratings all around!

Perfect Getaway!

The home was nicely decorated, roomy and it had everything we needed. The pool was large and outdoor area very nice. Everything was clean and the owners responded quickly.
