Beautiful home w/pool, tropical patio, new kitchen

New kitchen! Large, comfortable tropical pool home, perfect for a family of five. Fully furnished with really comfy sofas and beds so the whole family can relax and spend unforgettable days in Miami. The large pool and covered patio are the focal points of the house. There are 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bath. The bedrooms share a jack-and-jill full bathroom.

Note: A Refundable Surgery Security deposit of $200 will be charged in advance.

Welcome to a relaxing home! The welcome message will include the door code.

There are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway in front of the house.

This is a large house. You are renting the main house in the middle. We also rent 2 studios on the right side of the house and 2 studios on the left side of the house. Each side has a private, independent entrance from the house. There are no shared interior spaces. The pool, backyard, and all you see in the pictures belong to the main house and are for your use only; no one else has access to the pool.

Before booking, please be aware that this is NOT a house for parties or reunions. We are very strict about our maximum occupancy of 5 people at all times in the house and in the pool. No visitors are allowed to enter the house during your stay. Only your registered guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is the second time I've enjoyed my vacation here in Miami, staying in this beautiful and comfortable home. It has everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool is perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is one of its best features; everything is close by. I recommend this home 100%.

This property is beautiful, inviting, cozy and very well maintained! The outdoor area is beautiful as well. This was a perfect home to go to with kids. They had a blast and it was so nice to have comfortable space for all.

Perfect home base for Miami and South Florida Adventure

Perfect home base for our family’s trip to Miami and South Florida. Great location and great hosts! Beds were super comfortable and pool was amazing. Sad we didn’t get to use it more as we were out and about so much enjoying all that the city and region have to offer. Overall fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Seniors and Children Beware

The property was very clean and conveinantly located. The TV in the master bedroom did not work without a PIN: the property manager sent the housekeeper over to check and she could not get the TV to work. My husband is a cancer patient under chemo and in the bed most of the time and no TV was a PROBLEM. The bigger issue was the step up to living room and kitchen 6 inch hign steps that caused tripping hazard. My husband tripped on the unmarked unannouced step. During our stay another member tripped down and twisted and turned her ankle and she is currently having it checked out. Because of the tripping hazards we left and checked out of the house one day early and I sent a text to the property manager and ask for ine day refund on my stay and he has not answered. The property is listed as a Private Home and it is a not so private with the home having 2 rental studios one on each side of the house. Lastly we left the truck unlocked in the driveway and someone stole quarters about ten dollars from the vehicle.

Miami home

Our stay at this home was very pleasurable. The amenities inside and outside the house are very good. We especially liked the layout of the home as two of the bedrooms are on separate sides of the home and you don't disturb each other or share a bathroom. The master bedroom and a middle bedroom share a bathroom, but it is pretty large and didn't present any issues in sharing. The common area and kitchen look brand new and are an open floor plan which was also nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, all in very good condition. The kitchen has an indoor dining area and an island if you want to eat inside. The kitchen then leads out to a wonderful pool and patio area, which has a large table and seating area. The pool is a nice size for several people and was very refreshing. It also had a brand new charcoal grill which was nice and cooked well. The home is very nice for a family or several people, up to 5 or 6. It's in a very accessible location, not far from the Miami airport (but had no noise problems) and near the Univ. of Miami. We didn't go to the beaches but they are not far either. Overall this home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

We really enjoyed staying here. House was beautiful and clean. Communication with the owner was great! Very close to the airport which we liked. I wish the Florida weather would have cooperated a little more.

Ganz schön was los

Das Haus war wie versprochen und angeboten. Im Anbau rechts und links waren ebenfalls Wohnungen. Das wussten wir nicht, die Bewohner klingelten zwecks Einchecken bei uns, das war lästig und unschön. Die Einrichtung war ok, etwas billig (Ikea), die Küche war nicht richtig sauber/fettfrei und das Geschirr zusammengewürfelt/alt. Überall Spielzeug der Kinder der Eigentümer. Etwas unordentlich. Alles in allem eine Note 3-
