Cozy 4 Bedroom Duplex | at Wyndham Rio Mar Resort

This modern and newly upgraded villa is located inside Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. It offers convenient access to restaurants and a casino. By staying at this property you will have access to a private club house pool for the cluster located just few steps away from the villa and the beach. The nightly rate is based off a 5 guest occupancy. Additional guests are permitted but they are required to pay additional Fee up to 5 additional guest.

Please be advised that hotel pool is reserved for hotel guests only, you can access that amenity only by reserving a hotel room. All guests can visit every restaurant on the premises and use the beach. Portion of the beach in front of the hotel is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

This villa is a spacious Four bedroom three full bathroom duplex that can comfortably host up to 10 guests. Master bedroom is set up with a King size bed and two guest bedrooms are set up with two queen size beds each, fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in. Outdoor patio offers pleasant views of the resort.

As your host, and/or owner of the villa, i do not make myself responsable for unexpected interruption of services. This includes, but is not limited to: WiFi. live TV, electricity, and water. Also, the weather.

Resort is located about 45 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport. If you are renting a car we will gladly provide you with details driving instructions. We also help our guests setting chauffeur service if needed.

The Villa is located:
- 2 minutes walk from the pool clubhouse
- 14 minutes walk to the beach
- 20 minutes walk to the hotel
- Both the beach and the hotel offer parking for your vehicle. The beach is free and the hotel requires validation from one of the shops or restaurants.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit has lots of room, a full kitchen and a dining room table. The community was very peaceful; we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the covered patio. The resort area is very nice and offers a lot of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Do not book. There are several important issues future guests should know. Functional problems and lack of transparency significantly impacted our stay.Both upstairs and downstairs wall A/C units leaked continuously, creating a serious slipping hazard on the marble floors with no rugs. The property manager was alerted and allegedly sent someone, but it was never fixed. We had to use multiple towels to manage the dripping, leaving few for beach use. Two of the three bathrooms only had lukewarm water, forcing everyone to use the main bathroom.The villa is a 25-minute walk to the resort, so a car or golf cart is essential. The advertised golf cart was “waiting for a part,” and no rentals are available on site. Uber is unreliable, and the villa gate does not always open, requiring extra walking.The clothes dryer took 5–6 cycles per load, so we had to hang-dry most items. Communication with the owner was frustrating; questions were deflected, and I had to request my deposit multiple times.The listing included photos of the resort pool and slide, which villa guests cannot access. We paid 400 for day passes, and when I raised concerns, the owner refused reimbursement, noting others had complained about the misleading images, which have now finally been removed.

Quiet and Convenient

Spacious, cool and clean space for myself and four friends for a week. Great to have a pool nearby and easy beach access. No golf carts were available and that was a challenge for us.

Last Minute Spring Break

Space was great, location was perfect. The condo is both a 10 min walk from the pool/beach but since it’s hilly we just drove. My family had a great time. Loved the location for other activities (50 min to San Juan, 15 to El Yunque, 40 min to Fajardo for kayak and boat tours). Arturo was helpful and responsive. Would def come again.

The experience was welcoming. There were just minor things that in my opinion need a bit of work, such as there was a leak by the stairs and wall in the dining room. And some minor cleaning needed before arriving. But the host was amazing. Always answered my calls when we needed him and did go above and beyond. The rooms we so comfortable for the family.

Plenty of room for the family

The villa has plenty of room for large group. It was very clean and management responded quickly. Golf cart or car is definately needed to get to resort and villa main pool and beach.

Great Place to Stay

This place is just as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. 6 Adults and we had plenty of room, it worked out well for our family. The resort was great and easy to get around with the golf cart. Arturo & Ricardo were great and very attentive, they would call and text just to make sure if we needed anything. I would rent this property again. We had a great time.

Great beach resort location, beautiful villa

Our family trip, which included 7 people and 3 generations, was a wonderful vacation. The villa is beautiful and roomy. The beachfront resort is spectacular and very secure. The host and staff were gracious and responsive to our needs. Only drawback was operational issues with the golf cart which did not allow us to explore as freely as we would have liked. All around a very enjoyable experience!

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay at Mameyes II. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room for our stay. The golf cart use was so helpful to have which gave the young adults so much autonomy. The Wyndham resort was very secure with 24 hours security. The villa is in a great location and was a short drive to the beach access. So many great places to eat and grocery shop, locally not too far from the resort. The owner and the property manager were great to work with before and during our stay.
