Delightful flat located on the fourth and last floor (without lift) of a historic building. Within walking distance from the Spanish Steps, it consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a cosy living room. You can walk to: Pantheon, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. For those coming by car there is the Ludovisi car park which is a 3-minute walk from the flat.

    Loved our location in the size of the apartment and the view from the apartment was amazing. Quick few steps up to the Spanish stairs period local coffee shops and a great restaurant right outside the door.

    This was such a lovely place to stay on my quick stopover in Rome. Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable! The communication with the host as easy and prompt, I would definitely stay here again!

    Just everything about this property was excellent from the booking to the stay and the check in and check out. the host was lovely, the place quiet, clean and comfortable. we just loved every minute there and wished we could return every year. Excellent value for money and just all round perfect.

    Perfect location!

    The unit is so close to restaurant's and many attractions its easy to see a lot of rome by waking. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there was no elevator to help going up the 4 flights of stairs. Overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

    Apartment Near the Spanish Steps

    My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 5 days in July. The apartment was exactly what we expected and as described on the site - great amenities, clean, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, etc. Also, the location was convenient for all of our activities. We recommend the property to others.

    Summer Stay in Rome

    This apartment was super cute and clean. It is in a great location. We were able to walk to all the big sites and explore the whole city. The AC worked great and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that, it is a good place to stay while in Rome!

    A lovely Roman getaway

    A great property in an excellent location, it is on the top floor of the building with no lift, but this was excellently communicated by the hosts beforehand. The area felt very safe and was only a short walk away from the Trevi Fountain and lots of restaurants and cafés are in the area. A very nice break away. If we are back in Rome we shall definitely look to stay here again. Thankyou.

    Great location.the apartment was located in the top floor, many flights of stairs. If you have any disabilities I do not recommend it as there is no elevator.

    Can’t beat the location!

    This apartment is so close to the Spanish Steps and surrounded by amazing Roman history and amenities. Also right next to a Metro station (which we used a lot). This fully functioning apartment is perfect for solo travellers or a couple. Be warned that it is up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator. Not an issue for us, but could be for some folks. Otherwise, excellent communication with the owner (WhatsApp) and easy check-in/out process.

    Great rental location and accurate listing

    The apartment was very cute and quaint. It is a 4th floor walk-up as the listing says so don't be surprised that you have to walk on up those flights. Internet was a little spotty and not super fast so if you plan to use wifi for a lot of work or streaming then maybe it isn't your best bet. If you just want to be in a cool neighborhood and a clean place to stay then this hits those checkmarks.

    Das Apartment hat zwar Charme und war geputzt, ist aber vernachlässigt und nicht gepflegt. Vieles wackelt, quietscht und muss erneuert werden.Der Vermieter macht es sich zu einfach: ohne jeden Aufwand geht es eben nicht.

    Thank you for your review even though you only left one star. You wrote that the flat had charm and had been well cleaned. Honestly we didn't understand what was wrong with it, as we tried to be always available for any of your requests and the flat only has the window frames to be changed but we can't do them yet because we need permission from the ministry of fine arts, as the flat is classified as 'historic'. However, we hope to have you as our guest again.
