I'm trying to address all your comments, which we think seem very harsh, when, upon your departure, you told us you had a wonderful stay with us. The sheets had a tiny stain; you notified us, and we immediately changed the sheets and towels to make up for it. The hairdryer and iron are in perfect working order and have no unpleasant odors. Regarding the stairs, none of our staff told you to leave anything out. In fact, it's clearly stated on our VRBO profile that we're on the third floor without an elevator. We're very happy and proud to help all our guests with their luggage, taking care of it upon their arrival, to begin a wonderful stay in this extraordinary city of Rome.
