Quiet apartment for max 5 people located in the historic center of Florence, 5 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio, in an authentic Florentine area, called 'Oltrarno'. 15 minutes walking from Uffizi and Duomo The apartment is on the 2nd floor, No Elevator (40 steps), and it is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms, with double bed, bathroom (with tub a shower fixture), a large and full of light living room with a double size sofa bed and chair-bed, a dining area looking on a small and quiet courtyard, closet with the washing machine. Floor in 'cotto fiorentino' and parquet. Very quiet. Tv, internet wireless, independent heating, hot-water, washing machine, bed linen and blankets, table linen, bath towels, pots and dishes, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, iron-board, hair-dryer. You can get the best out of your holiday in the city

This is an amazing property close to everything. Alessandra is a wonderful host and the book of suggestions she has was so beneficial. We were able to explore some of the less touristy places and enjoyed every moment.

Absolutely amazing. What a great location and the apartment was wonderful. It had everything you need to make it feel like home. Alessandra our host was super. She communicated with us every step of the way and was very flexible on arrival since our train was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the place to stay

Fun in Florence!

Alessandra was very flexible with check in which we needed because we were late arriving! She met us and showed us everything. The flat was very spacious and a quick walk to everything. Alessandra has a book she made with a ton of information and recommendations for things to do and food. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect quiet location

We stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located on the “quiet” side of the Arno but within easy walking distance to all sights. Lots of terrific restaurants for dinner where the locals eat. Prices and food absolutely wonderful. Alessandra was a great communicator and was able to let us in earlier than the standard check in time. We would definitely stay there again. Sorts of tips for where to eat etc in a book that gives

Excellent property and host

I had an incredible experience with this property. The host made me feel very welcome and was so helpful to me. The apartment was in a perfect location and had all of the essentials for a comfortable month long stay. It was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and it was a perfect retreat from the crowds in the tourist areas. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Boboli apartment will be my go-to destination when staying in Florence. Strategically and conveniently located in a quiet area of the city with lots of residential property, and everything about the apartment exuded a comfortable vibe. Our host, Alessandra couldn’t have been more pleasant, gracious, and helpful. We clearly felt right at home in the apartment and will definitely come back on our next visit to Florence!

Perfect location!

Vacation in Italy

We had a lovely time in Florence. This spacious apartment was well equipped and was in a great location for walking to all attractions. We had some initial problem connecting to Wi-Fi,but given time it worked well. I would highly recommend this property if you wish to vacation in Florence

Great home base to explore Florence

The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 3. All equipment that we needed to prepare meals after long days of exploring was provided and if we didn't feel like cooking, there were many restaurants nearby. The proximity to the historical centre was ideal, and the quiet neighbourhood was great to come back to at the end of the day. Alessandra is a wonderful host; excellent communications, helpful and provided very useful recommendations and information to introduce us to Florence. Anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet apartment that's close to major attractions (Uffizi, Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio) would be pleased to stay here.

Over the Arno

The apartment is located in Oltrarno, near The Holy Trinity Bridge. It is an artisan quarter with craft shops, small delicatessens, excellent eateries for all budgets, food market and food / craft market a stone's throw away in Santo Spirito Square on Sundays. It felt very safe. Alessandra was there to meet us and explained everything we needed to know. It was very special to stay in Florence where the visit felt like we were living there rather than just occupying a room in a hotel. This apartment is very close to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens, the latter being a definite must see as the views of the Tuscan countryside are spectacular. I would try to book this apartment again should the need ever arise.

Perfect spot to feel like a local

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in this lovely apartment for three weeks, and we had an amazing time! The street is quiet, but also very close to tons of stuff in the san spiritio area. We never got bored of strolling through the area in our evenings and continued to find more things we wanted to do close to home. It is also not a far walk from the other side of the river with more of the city's main attractions. We never once took a cab or public transportation with the exception of arriving from the airport. In addition to being a great spot, the apartment itself is very charming and comfortable. And Alessandra and Alessandro could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Finally, we were very dependent on wifi as we were working remotely including making phone calls, and we were pleased that we consistently had a good connection.

Getaway to Italy

I chose this apartment for the fantastic reviews and the lovely photos of the renovated property. However, it exceeded our expectations! The apartment was adorable, very livable, equipped with everything you need including a washer and drying rack that was super handy. Our host Alessandra was ABOVE & BEYOND, she was so responsive prior to arrival, and once we got there she met us and gave us fabulous information about must sees, and things to do. I had left a small bag in the taxi with all of my toiletries & jewelry for our 2 1/2 week stay, :( Alessandra immediately called the taxi companies (on hold forever) trying to locate my bag...she even tried again the next day informing me along the way. No bag found, but appreciated her concern and effort so much. Very rare these days it seems. I would highly recommend Boboli for your next stay, 10/10 for the accomodations, location, and wonderful host! Ciao until next time, Boboli! ox

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Campuccio 1 which is situated in a great location on the quieter side of the River Arno.The apartment and its furnishings are rather old fashioned but quite spacious ,clean and comfortable and if you can tear yourself away from the many nearby restaurants then the apartment is reasonably well equipped for self catering.The kitchen had most of the basic ingredients you will need for self catering - oil ,spices , condiments etc. The bed is comfortable as is the sofa bed should you need to use it.Unfortunately there is no outside space or balcony but windows open to an internal space to provide fresh air. The hosts are a very nice couple and responded very quickly to a problem that we had with wifi on one occasion. On arrival we were provided with maps and information on the attractions of Firenze but there is also a collection of guide books for your use. Also , some recommendations on local restaurants - we tried 4 or 5 of them and no disappointments. We can recommend the apartment for short stay or long stays. Summer in Firenze

When my husband and I decided to spend the summer in Florence, we looked for an apartment that would be comfortable for an extended stay. We wanted prime location, but not in the middle of all the busyness where tourists or locals hang out late into the night. The Oltrano is perfect for this. The apartment is just a 3 min walk to Piazza Santo Spirito and the Pitti Palace where restaurants are in abundance. The apartment offers a full kitchen to accommodate meals for the times that we wanted to eat in and excellent air conditioning for those hot summer days. This apartment was perfect for us! The pictures represent the space well. Allesandra went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as made herself available for any questions we had during our stay. Keep in mind if you are looking for an apartment with an elevator this building does not have one. It was fine for my husband and I because we welcomed the stairs after big meals but the first day with all of the luggage was the toughest. My husband and I each own a business which meant we had to work during our stay, and we needed excellent Wi-Fi which the apartment also had. Overall excellent experience and we would highly recommend it.
