Quiet apartment for max 5 people located in the historic center of Florence, 5 minutes walking to Ponte Vecchio, in an authentic Florentine area, called 'Oltrarno'. 15 minutes walking from Uffizi and Duomo The apartment is on the 2nd floor, No Elevator (40 steps), and it is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedrooms, with double bed, bathroom (with tub a shower fixture), a large and full of light living room with a double size sofa bed and chair-bed, a dining area looking on a small and quiet courtyard, closet with the washing machine. Floor in 'cotto fiorentino' and parquet. Very quiet. Tv, internet wireless, independent heating, hot-water, washing machine, bed linen and blankets, table linen, bath towels, pots and dishes, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, iron-board, hair-dryer. You can get the best out of your holiday in the city

Alessandra was very kind and helpful both before we arrived and checking in. The apartment was very well located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Everything we needed was in the appartment - it was a great place to stay!

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, situated in a very central area of Florence but just far enough from the crowds.Air conditioning was a particular help in the August heat!Alessandra was an excellent host, very helpful and comprehensive. Would love to stay again sometime.

Good location near Pitti Palace

On second floor, no elevator. Keys required. Kitchen more than adequate, A/C good, not a whole lot in the immediate area, but 15 minutes to “downtown”Firenze. Not very close to an adequate market.

This is an amazing property close to everything. Alessandra is a wonderful host and the book of suggestions she has was so beneficial. We were able to explore some of the less touristy places and enjoyed every moment.

Absolutely amazing. What a great location and the apartment was wonderful. It had everything you need to make it feel like home. Alessandra our host was super. She communicated with us every step of the way and was very flexible on arrival since our train was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the apartment has everything you will need for a quick or long stay, very comfortable and in an unbeatable location, plus Alessandra is an amazing host. Super recommended.

Wonderful!

Alessandra is a superb host! She welcomed us upon our arrival with warmth and a wealth of information and suggestions. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The location was phenomenal, close to restaurants, museums and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and genuine host.

Boboli apartment will be my go-to destination when staying in Florence. Strategically and conveniently located in a quiet area of the city with lots of residential property, and everything about the apartment exuded a comfortable vibe. Our host, Alessandra couldn’t have been more pleasant, gracious, and helpful. We clearly felt right at home in the apartment and will definitely come back on our next visit to Florence!

Getaway to Italy

I chose this apartment for the fantastic reviews and the lovely photos of the renovated property. However, it exceeded our expectations! The apartment was adorable, very livable, equipped with everything you need including a washer and drying rack that was super handy. Our host Alessandra was ABOVE & BEYOND, she was so responsive prior to arrival, and once we got there she met us and gave us fabulous information about must sees, and things to do. I had left a small bag in the taxi with all of my toiletries & jewelry for our 2 1/2 week stay, :( Alessandra immediately called the taxi companies (on hold forever) trying to locate my bag...she even tried again the next day informing me along the way. No bag found, but appreciated her concern and effort so much. Very rare these days it seems. I would highly recommend Boboli for your next stay, 10/10 for the accomodations, location, and wonderful host! Ciao until next time, Boboli! ox

Fun in Florence!

Alessandra was very flexible with check in which we needed because we were late arriving! She met us and showed us everything. The flat was very spacious and a quick walk to everything. Alessandra has a book she made with a ton of information and recommendations for things to do and food. We would definitely stay there again!
