The Suite 1 apartment is located in a wonderful historical building dating back to seventeenth century located on the Lungarno Archibusieri, between Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi Museum. The view from the panoramical windows, overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the Vasarian corridor, will mesmerise you.
As will the location, perfect for starting your discovery of Florence from its very heart.
Newly renovated, the apartment has a surface of 48 squared meters and composes itself of a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom.
The tasteful design of the interiors has been thought to respect the structure of the apartment, but also to offer its guest the most comfortable experience possible.
Thus in the apartment you will find a Satellite TV with DVD player, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine and ironing equipment, hair dryer, water boiler, dish washer, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen.
Of course, all linen and towels are included, as is a weekly cleaning service that will provide you with fresh linen and towels.
On request, extra cleaning can be arranged for our guests.

Fabulous apartment, very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a good supermarket that has long opening hours nearby, and you’re right between the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery.Marusca was a lovely host, there was some confusion over our arrival time but Marusca made sure we were welcomed and given all the information we needed. She responded very quickly to a couple of enquiries I made during our stay. We would love to return !

Location was amazing, a very short walk to everything on my list to see in Florence. Our host was great she let us check in early and waited for us in the apartment since our train was late. She also arranged for a taxi to bring us to the train station when we left. The apartment was beautiful, we saved so much time walking to different places because of the location. Location was excellent. Everything was a short walk even for elderly people. Property was as described with a nice view overlooking the Arno River. Marusca was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat Especially florintine steak. We hope to book again next year.

Great place to stay for 1 person or a couple. Amazing location with view of Ponte Vecchio and Arno river and at the doorstep of central Florence sights.The owner, Marusca, was a fantastic host. Communicated regularly and very helpful in pointing out the best places to shop, eat and drink. Arranged taxi on my behalf when leaving. Lovely lady!

Wonderful property in a great location

Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. She met us foe check-in and showed us around. Location, location!

This small apartment is conveniently located at the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It is true to the listing, small but certainly adequate. Note the ceilings are low just as pictured. We do typically spend a lot of time in our apartment so it was perfect for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is perfect and was in between the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio. The door frame is short going into the closet, so be sure to duck. My only request would be brighter light bulbs, or some additional lamps. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing view in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice apartment! It had everything we needed -including a washing machine to refresh our clothes in the middle of our trip.This place is located directly on the river with a perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio and the surrounding area. The elevator was appreciated for our arrival and departure, but we took the stairs the rest of the time to work off all the pasta and cornettos!Marusca made everything easy and ensured that we had everything we needed. This place is a winner!
