Great location !
Stayed here for 8 nights. Great location - near to town but far enough away to be peaceful. Great views. Large lot so plenty of space. Really helpful owner. Moab is a great town - plenty of restaurants and stores. Loads of things to see & do - Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point. If you carry on down the lane from the house you will find spectacular views of Colorado River. Had a great week here.

Nice and Relaxed & close to town.
Great place, we really enjoyed or stay. Highly recommended. Next time I am in Moab this is my first choice of accommodation.
Lovely home, convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands
We loved the house. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay in Moab near Arches. We are now heading to Canyonlands which is just under an hour away. We would stay again if we are ever in the area!
This house was perfect, in every way. The beds were comfy. The kitchen, fully stocked. The back patio was wonderful, and made a great place to grill steaks. We enjoyed its close proximity to Moab downtown, but still felt secluded. I cant recommend enough
What a wonderful place to stay while exploring Arches National Park and Canyonlands! There is a well-stocked kitchen and we enjoyed eating breakfast there before heading out for the day. The house is very comfortable with awesome surrounding views!
The house was just perfect for our trip to Moab. It was right on the edge of town with stunning views of the mountain terrain common in the area. The attention to detail in this house was superb with the decor portraying a very southwestern style. I would highly recommend this property!
We had a great stay here! The house has a great SW vibe with awesome views!! The beds are comfy, showers have great water pressure, lots of towels, the kitchen has all of the necessities. What we loved most about this house is the access to the MTB trails! Located at the terminus of the Pipeline/pipe dream trail and a few miles down the road from the Amasa Back system. Only a few blocks from the central business district, yet quiet and private make this a perfect location.
Thank You for a great vacation stay in your home in Moab. We visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and enjoyed venturing into Moab in the evenings. The home is beautiful and worked perfectly for our vacation. Thank You, Karen!
Karen and Steve have a beautiful house in a great area of Moab. Because of the heat, we hiked Arches and Canyonlands in the early morning three days in a row, came back to the house, turned on the A/C, chilled for a few hours over lunch, and then visited places like Potash Road and Deadhorse Point State Park, both of which are close by to the house. The house was clean as a whistle and furnished and built with luxury touches. Communication was first-rate, with numerous tips from the hosts. Top notch all the way.
Across road from Mild to Wild. Looks over a bird sanctuary. Air conditioner keeps things cool. Cozy sitting area. No chores on checkout!!
Would stay here again.
This house was everything we wanted! Perfect location just outside of town but close enough to everything. The view was unmatched! Just incredible, morning, noon, and night!! House was clean and the beds were so comfortable! We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to visit again!
My family felt right at home at this property. My daughter loved the loft area (her "eye in the sky"), and the property had everything we could have needed. The outdoor space was great, however, it was so hot in July that we didn't use it as much as we would have hoped.
We had a lot of toys that we brought down to explore the off-roading in Moab, including two vehicles, a trailer, and a couple of 4-wheelers. The layout of the property was amazing to allow us to off-load everything and use what we needed without having to jockey things around.
The location on the south side of town was great, with lots of great restaurants right down the road. Unfortunately, there was a lot of road construction just a block or two away, but nothing ever closed down - you just had to maneuver around the construction crews.
We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again next time!
Great location, close to Canyonlands, Arches National Park and Island in the Sky. Beautiful scenery. There was construction on the road but the housekeeper was able to give us an alternative route when we arrived at the home a little early. It is all one floor with 2 steps to get from living space to bathroom and bedrooms. Normally this would not be an issue except I fractured my leg the day before hiking (Be safe on the loose gravel on trails!) I was able to crutuch the two steps up and down but iust something to keep in mind if mobility is an issue.
Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, plenty of space to relax after 8 days of traveling.
It would be nice if there was an awning to park under in the hot sun, but we were able to find shade by parking close to the shed in the evening and in front of the house in the morning.
The house stayed cool even in the 110 degree heatwave we experienced.
Communication with owner was easy and receptive. I had an issue with reservations through the VRBO app and Karen was patient and helped me through it.
Highly recommend!!
"That looks like Utah" is what my friend said when I sent a photo of the house with the lovely mountain backdrop. We were worried about the swamp cooler, but it cools the house fabulously. The perfect distance from shops, restaurants, coffee, hospital and national parks!
Five adults stayed very comfortably in this house. We loved to sit outside to watch the sunrise and set. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect!
We had a wonderful week long stay in the lead-up to our son's wedding. The view was fantastic and the location was very convenient to everything. It was very comfortable in all respects, even on the few days that the temps reached triple digits. Our sincere thanks go out to Karen and Steve for providing such a private and comfortable place for us to stay.
