Cozy 5-bedroom apartment in Sanremo city centre, a few steps from Teatro Ariston and the Casino of Sanremo.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

Accueil désastreux

Il a fallu attendre trois mois c'est à dire quatre jours avant notre arrivée que la société qui gère le bien nous adresse una réponse à nos questions.Il s'agissait de réponses prédéfinies donc inadaptées. Le jour de notre arrivée nous avons été accueillies par une personne peu soucieuse de nous être sympatique. Aucune explication fournie sur le fonctionnement général et les différents lieux (ex: buanderie). Une somme de 45 euros réclammée en sus du versement sur le site avec menaces d'intervention si on ne réondait pas à leur demande. Pour ce qui est du logement, il est rudimentaire et très ancien situé dans une rue bruyante avec parking payant un peu compliqué à proximité. Heureusement les chambres étaient spacieuses et nous étions en centre ville . C'était malgré tout une expérience désagréable. D'autre membres de la famille ont trouvé des hébergements où ils ont été accueillis chaleureusement.
