Mediterranean style house with beautiful views to the beach of Pals, surrounded by garden, private swimming pool and different terraces, located only 500 metres from the beach of Es Racó and 800 metres from the beach of Sa Riera.
The house consists of different levels in which we can find four double bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. The property has 3 bathrooms with shower.
The property has a spacious and pleasant living-dining room area with access to the garden and swimming pool and access to a fantastic terrace with views to the beach of Pals. Fully refurbished and equipped kitchen.

Vistas geniales, mantenimiento mejorable

La casa es amplia, aunque la distribución es un poco rara. No estaba muy limpia y algunas cosas estaban descuidadas (algunas puertas no se podían cerrar bien, no había pestillos en las puertas de los baños…). Menaje de cocina muy completo. Se podría poner algún paño más en la cocina, algún rollo estará de papel en el w.c. La ubicación y las vistas preciosas.
