Modernized 1 BR condo with premo view of Gulf. Quiet. Easy access to perfect beach. Away from town, so less people. Has everything you'll need. We live in Austin area and visit Gulf regularly. This will be our "go to" place.

The pictures don't do justice to the view. The property is close enough to town to be convenient but far away enough that the beach, which was literally right out the back door, wasn't very crowded. The condo had everything we needed and even things we didn't. I woukd highly recommend stayibg there.
