Beautiful and modern 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse (one side of duplex) with 5 minute walk to beautiful Topsail Island beach. Public beach is two and a half blocks away, with public parking if needed. They WILL be reported by the HOA and you will have to leave. NO PARTIES (The Sheriff will be called). The home has a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board, and beach kid's toys are provided. The home is right on the intracoastal waterway (sound) so you can kayak, standup paddle board (SUP), and fish or crab right out the back door and enjoy beautiful sound views and stunning sunsets from the home and two decks. Community dock right behind home for sunbathing, kayaking, SUP, fishing, enjoying the view or reading a book. Den, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom are on the first level (second floor). Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 3rd bedroom and 3rd bath are on the second level (third floor). Ground level is a car port that holds 3 cars. Two kayaks, two bikes, two stand up paddle boards, a 2 person canoe, light fishing rod (bring your own tackle), crab net, and golf clubs are provided free for guest use! The home is 1/2 mile from the heart of Surf City shops, pier, and restaurants - so you can walk, bike, or kayak to town! No need to get in your car after you arrive! Only 2-4 night minimum - depending on season, not a week like many beach homes - and you can check in on any day of the week that's available! The cleaning fee includes linens (sheets and towels) - so they will be provided (unlike many beach homes where you have to bring your own or obtain a separate service). The nearby beach is perfect for swimming, body surfing, sunbathing, boogie boarding or surfing. You can't dock jetskis or boats at our dock (kayaks/johnboats only), but it's only a 15 minute kayak paddle or a 10 minute bike ride to the jetski place on the water in Surf City. Outdoor shower may not be available from October to March due to winterization. Boat ramp and marina nearby for fishermen, cruising the ICW, jetskiers, and skiers. You can rent surf boards and more kayaks and SUPs at Herrings Outdoor Sports next door.
