Large beautiful well maintained villa for 10 people, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Description

A wide great panoramic and sea view over Calpe in this large and spacious villa.

You have a private driveway with automatic gate to the large garden with fruit trees and villa.

There are many places to eat, sunbathe and there is a large gas BBQ.

Classic and well furnished villa with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and one with bath.

Each bathroom with hairdryer and a kitchen with everything you could wish for.

Everything is there to make your holiday unforgettable.

Calpe has the most extensive sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca and boulevards for delicious food and shopping.

There is WiFi, automatic shutters, terraces also at the bedrooms upstairs, central heating, air conditioning in every room.

On the large terrace there are 4 sunbeds, dining table, parasols large private pool, outdoor shower.

From 1/6-30/9 including 200 KwH electricity per week.
Other months excluding gas and electricity.
Final cleaning € 200.

Great view, spacious, very well equipped.

We had an excellent experience, the house was well equipped and the agents/hosts were flexible and communicative. The rooms are large and have good beds, the a/c is effective.

Prima gezinsvakantie

Globaal gezien zeker positief. Een paar zaken waren minder: kookpotten waarvan enkele niet echt in prima staat, geen handmixer.Wel fijn contact met de eigenaar, flexibel en bereikbaar.Heel mooie tuin met onder andere olijf-, citrus- en vijgenbomen. De ligging van de villa is ideaal, niet ver van de zee en toch een oase van rust. Eenmaal buiten het eigendom is de buurt ietwat minder aantrekkelijk.Al bij al hebben we zeker een heel leuk verblijf gehad.

Bedankt voor uw review. Jammer dat U niet tijdens uw verblijf dit gemeld heeft. Niemand heeft hier verder ooit naar gevraagd. Op zich staat deze niet vermeldt in de index, maar als gasten behoefte hebben aan een staafmixer, wordt deze aangeschaft. Gelukkig heeft U verder wel genoten van de villa.

wunderbar erholsam

In perfekter ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer haben wir die Zeit genossen. Der Pool ist grandios, auch die Zimmer. Die Küche ist auf neuestem Stand. Die Stadt und die Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit und bieten reichliche Möglichkeiten. Das Quartier ist sehr zu empfehlen.
